hi guys. i didn’t install one of my licences since years. theme is broken. FBEDIT doesn’t work. do i need anyway a new support to pay?! That’s a problem of theme not a user problem.

There is no issue with the Avada Builder and you can use your license anytime you want, in order for our team to assist you with the issues you are facing we will need to you to kindly open a support ticket with us.
With that being said, when you are installing Avada, kindly make sure that you are installing our latest version that is 7.11.13 by downloading the installation files from your ENVATO account.

I am considering using the Avada WordPress theme for a new project and have a few questions before proceeding. I am planning to create a multi-country website that supports multiple languages and services, and I would like to know the following:
WPML Compatibility: Does the Avada theme support the WPML plugin? Does the theme integrate well with WPML for creating multilingual websites?
Multi-country and Language Support: I need to display content in multiple languages (including RTL languages) and provide a country selection option at the top of the website. Is this functionality supported directly by the theme, or would I need additional plugins or custom development?
Country-Specific Services: I want to provide different services for each country. Does the theme easily support displaying country-specific content or services, or would I need to set this up manually?
Please provide details on how the Avada theme supports these features, or if any additional tools or configurations are required to achieve this.

1) Avada theme does work well with WPML. Avada would work well with RTL lang and the option to select country can be added when Avada and WPML are used in tandem
2) Multicurrency is feature of the WooCommerce plugin. This is not specific to the theme. I would request you to please research available WooCommerce options for this.
3) This would depend on what specific features are needed. What exact features are needed?

I purchased it in September 2015; however, I don’t recall actually deploying on a site. It’s very impressive that you guys are still cranking out updates! Can we build multiple sites by using avada builder?
Hi,
Avada is a one time purchase – good for use on a single website/project. You get free updates for life.
One license is required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on a second website than an additional license is required.

1) Avada has its own builder, the Avada builder. We have not tested Avada with any other builder to recommend them
2) You can make use of PHP 8x
3) I do not follow the question clearly but you can use ACF quite easily with Avada
4) I am afraid I do not follow this issue as well but based on what I can understand, Avada does make use of Ajax in several areas/functions of the site

My apologies, it would not be a slider. It would be an element, for example, like your Testimonials, where you can have content that is cycled automatically or with bullets. For example, if you have a column where you want to cycle through 5 titles with paragraphs, showing only one at a time with the option to cycle to the next automatically or manually.Like a post slider, but custom content.
