I have activated YOUR new licenence system 3 x times already! And it doesnt stay activated. Please IF you cant make it work dont use this kind of licence system.

Currently WTF is the solution for me. Doing it every day?

Another reason – I have done the proccess 3x. Each time is activated and live – and next day is not working. Definitely connected with licesing problem. ( I dont care if some other plugin is conflicting or I have API disabled etc – dont want to change my setup) Once I activate then should stay activated.

On the ticket what you want me to write? URL of website? ( I will not give admin access ) Screenshot that is activated? And then next day that is not any more? Or what kind of stuff you need to solve this issuee?

Hi, How do I change the color of close button for off canvas slide out menu for mobile? as it is coming up as black and I have the dark background set for mobile view so it is there but can’t see because it is dark in colour on black background? can not find color setting for mobile view. These lines of error started after updating your theme to the latest version with hub elementor addons, can you fix it asap please as I need to complete this project as soon as possible? This theme seems to be very buggy and I am not happy at all or else I will request for a refund as I can not work with this buggy theme so many errors and response time for support is too long.

As stated from the error, the issue is coming from Elementor not from Hub.

Hi, is it common for the websites to have issues loading fresh out the box? It’s really difficult to work on it when previewing the site seldom loads. What am I missing here?

i have already bought the theme a couple of times.

I have a question regarding a widget you have: “liquid gallery mobile” before buying again.

This widget shows a phone frame and inside that you can put image gallery.

The problem with this is that the phone frame that you offer is quite old. It has a top notch and this creates some issues with the screens we put inside (it hides some part of the screen).

Are there any plans to either let us upload our own phone frames (e.g. iphone, samsung whatever we like) or to offer more mobile frame options e.g. ones with top notch and ones without.

The menu you mentioned comes from our WP Bottom Menu plugin. If you remove this plugin, the menu will be gone.

We never stop supporting our products, and we always keep our servers up. After installing the theme, you can activate it via the activation page.

Getting double menu’s on mobile. Not using a custom menu hiding doesn’t work. Also, you cannot select choices in customization.
