Ticket #45154 created last week: Sadly, the issue is still not fully resolved. Some problems were fixed, but most remain. Please check the ticket and review the screenshots. When the permalinks were changed from “Custom Structure” to “Post Name,” everything broke—errors, failures, and warnings. Users disappeared, posts were not installed, and even Elementor is not working for small edits. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible—we have an upcoming expo, and the site must be in perfect condition.

Since you do not fix your site, I wonder if it has as many errors in the theme as some write… What if I buy the theme and the site is ultra slow or doesn’t work because of bugs. Is there an immediate refund?
you also launched Hub 5 but still have on your “home” web 4 preview video.. its like you having a resaurant but giving a shit on how the forecourt look
No reply after 10 days. The page has not been fixed. There is still a Limited Offer Banner on the page even though there has been no promotion for a long time.

When I look at your theme, it could be the best in a long time… better than Avada… but the way you deal with customers, not fixing anything etc? Are you not enough people to deal with all this and or do you just give a shit?

If you are using a menu element of our theme inside your side drawer, simply enable the local scroll option from the menu options. After that, when you click on the menu items, the page will be scrolled to the relevant section with the smooth scroll effect.

Hey your theme description mentions “pop up builder – Create beautiful pop ups in minutes. Start converting your website visitors into subscribers and customers.” ....But i can’t find anywhere in the documentation nor the dashboard on how to create pop ups. I know there is the functionality for modal pop up when you click a button, but if i want to trigger a timed pop up for web visitors with a subscription form there is not option. Have i missed anything?

Hub’s default mobile menu only supports cart, search and menu icons. To add a different icon, you need to create a custom header by enabling the mobile header builder feature.

You can accept reservations using the Hub Booking plugin, which is exclusive to our theme. However, features like the login panel and payment collection system are not available in our theme. For these, you need to use third-party plugins such as WooCommerce.
