Since you’re using a regular WP menu item, can you confirm that you’re adding only tel:+1234567890 to the custom URL in your menu item? If you try to add the full HTML anchor tag, as shown in your initial comment, it wouldn’t work.

Did you possibly copy the list items from another location which could have excess HTML attributes? For mobile devices, you can control the column’s height by adding a divider to the column and specifying the height for those viewports.

Hi—that’s what I tried to do and nothing shows up. I even check the “Scale Background Image To Column” and nothing shows up. On the second row you’ll see where it’s just a blank space in the right column where I used a background image for that column instead of an image element.

You can use any size logo for your website. However, ensure that the logo height is set smaller than the image you’ve provided to guarantee it renders sharply on high-pixel-density devices. The logo in that demo reflects your WordPress ‘Site Title,’ which can be set in WP Admin > Settings > General. The typography for the ‘Site Title’ can be adjusted in Salient Options > Typography.

Alternatively, you can specify an image for your logo in Salient Options > Header Navigation > Logo & General Settings, as well as in Salient Options > Header Navigation > Transparent Effect.
