No need to waste time in forum with useless questions where nobody has a clue what’s going on. What’s your email or anything. We need the refund as we found to many bugs and your theme made our site very slow pretty much useless now. After clicking Activate License, the user authorization page will appear, and then clicking Approve will take you back to the Activate License activation page on the website. It will keep cycling( https://toozan.com/act-help.jpg ). I have tried logging in with several users I frequently use, and all of them have the same result. We noticed that you have not purchased the JNews theme. Could you please confirm this by going to the Downloads menu on ThemeForest? You will see the items you have purchased. If the JNews theme is there, you can activate the JNews theme license as stated in our documentation.

Sebelumnya kami berasumsi bahwa masalah ini disebabkan karena sebuah cache pada browser kakak. Ketika kakak mempebarui tema JNews, semua script telah diperbarui, tetapi karena ada sebuah cache di browser kakak (dalam hal ini Google Chrome), script tersebut masih menggunakan versi yang lama.
Untuk memastikan masalah cache pada browser, kakak dapat mencoba membuka website kakak dalam mode Private/Incognito. Jika pada mode tersebut semua bekerja dengan baik, kemungkinan masalah ini adalah masalah cache pada browser.
Untuk mengatasinya, kakak dapat mencoba melakukan Hard-Refresh pada browser kakak (cara di setiap browser mungkin berbeda-beda), dan/atau menghapus Cookie dan Data Situs kakak.
