My name is Kashif. I am intrested in purchasing theme “Cleaning Services WordPress Theme + RTL”.

But before purchasing this theme. I have question.

I am building website for my client. First I want to prepare his site demo on my own demo server using theme Cleaning Services WordPress Theme + RTL.

I will purchase this theme from themeforest and activate linces.

Then what happens when I transfer demo to client domain/hosting. Again I need to purchase this theme ? or I use same licensing on client domain.

Please guide me.

i keep gettng this error that theme is missing stylesheet.css when I try to upload the zip folder directly to wordpress. Any help with this and if I unzip and try to upload which file should I upload directly? Kindly help and I don’t understand why your theme is having this challenge. It’s supposed to be straightforward and easy….. Plug and play.

I am looking for the documentation on how to properly set up the SMTP server so the email forms will work on the website. I have completed the build but I am trying to get that to work now. I am not looking for help or support but the documentation on how to properly set this up. I have looked through the documentation that you provide and you do have the “Cleaning Service Options” documentation area but it includes everything but the “SMTP” documentation. 6 months spend building this site and it is completely unusable if I cannot use the contact forms on it and there is no documentation or anything to refer to on how to properly set this up. Please advise on how I should proceed. Thank you.

I literally have a schedule release date for this website tomorrow and the only issue or trouble I have had is the SMTP settings and how broken it is. Months of work, time energy money all for nothing. Now I am going to lose clients, time and money because of a simple issue that has no proper documentation to even setup.

Just a quick update. I fixed the issue MYSELF WITHOUT this “teams” help or support. After trying to charge me an extra fee for something that should work out of the box and offers no documentation for the features it offers; I installed a plugin that worked and wrote the custom PHP for each page and now it works. Like I said, I completely capable of doing it myself. But I paid for this product for specific features and things pre-built to cut down on the amount of time and work I had to put into this project. But this product did NOT meet my expectations that were set by the products description. Not everyone that uses these things can handle things like this themselves so easily. So a BIG WARNING to anyone using this companies products!!!
