How long does it typically take to get a response to a support ticket? I have been waiting since yesterday afternoon and I am still unable to use the theme I purchased, as basic features are not working. I would like to install the demo installer and the core plugin — something that, based on other users’ reports, many people before me have also struggled with.
If there is no solution to these recurring issues and no publicly available fix, how long am I expected to wait for a resolution through a support ticket?

i am having trouble installing 2 of the required plugins for the theme. The cleaning services core along with the cleaning services demo installer. It says ” download failed. forbidden.” was there some admin rights on the file that i needed to change or something?

Hi, an update for the core plugin has already been released. You should have the update notification. If you don’t, then please delete the plugin from the site and install it again then you should be able to get the latest version of the core plugin. Thank you

I cannot re-activate my theme after deactivating it. I also cannot access the ‘Cleaning Service Core’ menu, which would allow me to modify the phone number in the header section. How can I fix this? It’s very frustrating.
Please download the latest theme version from Themeforest, and then you can activate the theme on your site. After that please check if the Redux Framework plugin is installed with that plugin you will be able to change the phone number. Thank you
