Question 1: Yes, all Phlox demos are built using the free version of Elementor. However, please be aware that Elementor’s free version has limitations.
Question 2: Phlox and its plugins generally follow the WordPress coding standards and are compatible with well-developed third-party plugins. While we cannot guarantee compatibility with these plugins. And you know to work with a WordPress Product you need to have enough knowledge of WordPress

If I force the title to be shown in any other section it works, but in the one configured as ‘Blog’ it doesn’t appear.

I’d like to point out that when I update Elementor to version 3.27.6, I get a fatal error on the Auxin Elements plugin and then on Auxin Pro Tools.
I had to restore the Elementor backup to get back to the initial state.
The problem is that my current version of Elementor (3.25.10) is a victim of a security flaw. My site is therefore vulnerable to hacking.
Can you please help me?

I have noticed that there are many times where updates of Elementor cause the website to stop working properly, for example trying to edit the page causes infinite loading of the Elementor’s widget area therefore we’re unable to edit anything.
In fact the only way to make it work is to switch back to an older version, and then update again. This is really not efficient.
Although I have 2 licenses and I purchased this theme mainly because it has beautiful demos, I have completely lost the sense of peace of mind with it.
Ι don’t want to raise a support ticket as I’ll be removing my two installations within the next weeks so I don’t really need a fix for that.

I’m really sorry for the trouble you’ve been experiencing. We haven’t had any similar reports about the issue you mentioned, and according to our data, a large number of our users are able to use Phlox smoothly after updating Elementor or any other plugin, without any problems.
The fact that the widgets area goes into infinite loading after the update indicates that there’s a PHP Fatal Error. By checking the debug, we can easily identify the source of the problem.

I downloaded the theme yesterday, installed the theme, imported a demo without any problem, but the second I change anything on any page on the theme is completely goes crazy and the page gets “destroyed” .. all layout gone, like no style exists

I was thinking about getting this for my new website, but when I did a GTMetrix test on 2 of your demos, they ranked D & E! Doesn’t look like this is coded for optimisation very well.

The point is, that the performance score doesn’t necessarily mean how fast your page loads and Many factors, like animations and other visual effects, affect the final score, and this is true for all other websites as well.
Also, in our demos, we use the highest quality images, while to get a better score in the final performance report, you should use optimized and smaller images.

I am using the free version of the theme. I was able to customize the header and other thing EXCEPT the footer. When I try to edit the Footer, Elementor doesnot load the Footer. I had raised aticketa round 5 days ago but no repy yet.

Your freelance demo theme has issues – it is just showing blank when imported and used. I have gone ahead and used a different demo theme that works. Worth checking your freelance demo on a new install if same issue occurs.

hi, liked ur theme, but there is no sticky menu and also no slider in home page, can i make the menu as sticky and your home page first sections can i make it as a slider with the same design?
also for importing theme, i guess any one template design can be imported among all, if i want to take different sections from other template designs, how is it possible, i liked particular sections in multiple templates, how can i integrate them in to one?
Hi, I hope you are doing fine. Yes, you can have a sticky menu. You can enable the Sticky header option in Appearance > Customize > Header > Header Templates Settings > ?Enable Sticky Header?.
Also, you can add a slider with Depicter, which is also our product and perfectly compatible with the Phlox.
