I was thinking about getting this for my new website, but when I did a GTMetrix test on 2 of your demos, they ranked D & E! Doesn’t look like this is coded for optimisation very well.

The point is, that the performance score doesn’t necessarily mean how fast your page loads and Many factors, like animations and other visual effects, affect the final score, and this is true for all other websites as well.

Also, in our demos, we use the highest quality images, while to get a better score in the final performance report, you should use optimized and smaller images.

Export section is not working from your demos and i’m waiting for your reply for my support ticket. Its been 2 days please reply and fix the Export Section problem.

I am using the free version of the theme. I was able to customize the header and other thing EXCEPT the footer. When I try to edit the Footer, Elementor doesnot load the Footer. I had raised aticketa round 5 days ago but no repy yet.

Also I like to confirm that there is no problem between the latest version of the Phlox theme and plugins and the Elementor page builder.

Your freelance demo theme has issues – it is just showing blank when imported and used. I have gone ahead and used a different demo theme that works. Worth checking your freelance demo on a new install if same issue occurs.

hi, liked ur theme, but there is no sticky menu and also no slider in home page, can i make the menu as sticky and your home page first sections can i make it as a slider with the same design?

also for importing theme, i guess any one template design can be imported among all, if i want to take different sections from other template designs, how is it possible, i liked particular sections in multiple templates, how can i integrate them in to one?

Hi, I hope you are doing fine. Yes, you can have a sticky menu. You can enable the Sticky header option in Appearance > Customize > Header > Header Templates Settings > ?Enable Sticky Header?.

Also, you can add a slider with Depicter, which is also our product and perfectly compatible with the Phlox. So my site was down and it took me a while to figure out that it was the Phlox Core Elements Plugin. When I disabled the plugin, the website was up but with errors and layout mess. I came here and saw that there was a fix! followed the developer steps (https://docs.phlox.pro/article/257-fix-installation) and no errors but my styling completely disappeared.

Here is what I did to fix. Hopefully, it helps someone: 1. Restored a backup from the host 2. downloaded the zip Averta provides 3. WITHOUT deleting the Phlox Core Elements plugin as in the instructions, I installed the new version ZIP 4. It asked me if I want to over-write the old plugin with the new. Say Yes 5. Made sure everything else was updated under the Phlox Pro menu 6. Cleared cache

and my site was back up and looking like it should! Thanks Averta for coming up with a fix so fast! Maybe don’t tell people to delete the plugin but overwrite it.

We were prepared for the Elemetnor update (that was the big change) in advance and this whole situation was the result of an unfortunate (but temporary) force removal of the Phlox Core Elements plugins in WordPress reposition.

Anyway, everything is back to normal now.

Averta, I had to buy another license, now I have 3 licenses in this account, if you can refund me at least 1 it helps me a lot, because as I mentioned this account was used by another email, now it is used by alemonteiro13@hotmail.com

I would like a refund immediately as I recently bought this theme. There is a critical error for this theme from a recent update and in researching, it is still on a pending status. Very disappointed with this theme. I want a refund and everyone should ask for the same!

Additionally, the author is not responding to support tickets! Very disappointed in this theme.

I have had to buy a new theme to attempt to resolve the critical issue. I disabled all Phlox Pro plugins and my website came back up with, of course, missing elements of the theme. This is very disappointing here at the end of the year when selling is prime time! Very, very disappointed in this author and the theme. SMH I am going back to straight HTML websites, as authors - such as this template - jeopadize my business revenue with these issues.
