A solution for those stuck with Elementor that refuses to start (the author continues to deny the problem, proposing cache clearing, etc.)

- Click Edit Page (the classic one) - Click Preview at the top of the bar - Click Edit with Elementor (which will start regularly!)

Method tested on different sites, on different browsers, using the latest version of the plugins (both Elementor and TheGem)

I’ve emptied all caches, deactivated plugins, all settings have top area/mobile/sticky on and visible. WordPress, The Gem, plugins, and all of their settings are current as of this moment. I’ve switched between The Gem and The Gem Child, nothing changes. I’ve even done a full sweep of the tables, transients, page revisions, etc, etc, etc.

Pre-Sales question, I see you have fullpage scroll demo with options to choose either light or dark Header color scheme that will change the header text and logo color. I need to know if I can change backgound color of header for light and dark scheme seperately too. For example, for dark color scheme, I want text and logo stays in black but header background color also changes to gray or something like that.

Hello, I just updated to 5.10.1 and now my variation dropdown for products isn’t working. Its not displaying the prices. Before the update I had radio choices for each product now it switched to dropdown and not working.

Hi, there is a problem with the hamburgermenu on mobile use (portrait mode) on www.bamestra.nl. After loading the site or page the first time using it the menu works fine but after that it’s giving complications where you can’t use the menu. I tried fixing it myself but didn’t succeed. I have WordPress 6.7.1 and the Gem 5.10 behind the website.

Hello, in order to test the theme I activated the license locally thinking that I would be able to deactivate it afterwards (as I’ve always done with other themes).

Except that now I’ve created my real site in production and I can no longer activate the license because it considers the local one, I can’t figure out how to deactivate it because I don’t need it anymore.

I’ve tried to access the portal suggested in the documentation but I can’t connect with my liscence number and username.

Can you help me deactivate the first local license? Thank you

The mini cart has different look than it had before.

I was editing HEADER template in elementor, added the standard cart to see the differences but decided to keep the gem-mini cart icon in header.

But after that, the cart does look different than before. How can I fix this?

Hi, we are experiencing performance issues with TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor). When the plugin is activated, the website takes almost a second to load pages (especially on mobile), but once it loads, the content appears all at once, as if everything is preloaded before display. When we deactivate the plugin, the speed improves significantly. We are using TheGem 5.10.0, Elementor 3.25.11, Elementor Pro 3.25.5, WordPress 6.7.1, and PHP 8.1. Could you provide any guidance or suggestions on how to avoid this issue? Thank you in advance!
