Hello, WPBakery will not load in front or back and my system status has all check marks. To my knowledge, I did everything correct in order for the demo theme to work correctly on my server. I did submit a ticket at CodexThemes. Is this a known issue?

Hi, we’re using WP-Bakery with your app and have encountered a problem adding the license key. The product license tab is missing from their plugin settings, so the license cannot be entered. They are placing the problem at your doorstep: “The license activation issue is caused by the theme developer’s use of vc_set_as_theme to disable the product license tab on your end. You can contact the theme developer and remove the above code from the theme to get it back.” If this is a bug, do you plan to resolve it?

Pree sale question: I noticed on all the demos that your cart count on your mini cart is not working correctly. It seems to only count different products. If I add 2 of the same product in the cart, the number does not increase, which is very confusing.

Is there a way to edit this to show the actual amount of products in your cart?

I have been using theme for years and I have 8 sites using the same theme. A recent auto update crashed one of my site. After a few attempt to update plugins and disable plugins, still can’t get the site up.

Tried to submit a ticket, through the CodexTheme support centre site, it told me that my support license is expired.

So I Paid at themeforest to renew the support and try to submit the ticket again, it still tell me my support is expired.

Now I’m stuck even after I paid for support extension. Please help.

Presale question. I love the theme and the new filtering system seems perfect. Can I check what happens if you input e.g. every US state as a drop-down option? Most systems have a search option in the drop-down to narrow it down. Your filter seems to just list them in an infinate list that runs off the page.

Theme is broken after updating plugins and theme. Trying to redesign site now because of this, but I can’t have anything other than a one level structure. For example, having 2 or 3 boxes or elements next to each other doesn’t work, only one element per row. How do I deal with this?
