Changes are not reflecting on the main page, no matter what I do. I’ve tried everything—reinstalled WordPress fresh, checked with my server, reinstalled the theme, cleared cache—but nothing works. Worst support experience! One of my requests has been pending for over a day with no response.
If you can’t solve this or provide proper support, please issue a refund. Don’t waste my time and yours. I really wanted to use this theme, but now I regret buying it.
Really disappointed with Porto’s support. Opened 3 cases—one has been waiting for over a day with no reply, and the other two get delayed responses (one reply per day). Didn’t expect such slow support from a top-tier theme. Please improve!

When I make changes to the theme header using Elementor, they don’t reflect on the website in real-time. The preview shows different results than the actual site. Even after publishing, the changes don’t apply immediately. Let me know the issue ?

If the changes aren’t reflecting right away, it’s likely a caching issue. To fix this, go to WP-Dashboard >> Elementor >> Settings >> Features, and make sure to disable “Element Caching” there: https://postimg.cc/bSZMDDDD

I am a long-time customer and a proud owner of dozens of Porto theme licenses. I truly appreciate the quality and flexibility of this theme—it’s fantastic!
However, I am currently facing an issue with embedding YouTube videos on my website. No matter how I try to integrate a video—whether through an iframe code or dedicated YouTube plugins—the video does not appear. Instead, I only see a blank space where the video should be displayed.

I wanted to update the header to a newer style, as i was using one from 1,5 year ago. All new headers use the Elementor Container Flexbox instead of the Sections previously.
When i check the new header in the preciew ( only the header view) it works like a charm, but when i check it on a page there seems to be no markup and its all and all elements seem to put underneath each other.
Any clue where to look?

Got this sorted out! I copied the ‘old’ header template and made new header in there and that messed it up. When i made a new template it worked like it should!

Lately I’ve noticed that when working in the site administration, it takes a long time to save and open a product.
And it also puts a lot of strain on the server.
Will it help speed up the work in the administration and not burden the server if I install the “Redis Object Cache” Plugin?

I am having an issue with the most recent update, When I activate the theme, i cant login to admin, the screen loads on whitescreen.
