I wanted to reinstall the theme RonneBy on my domain but i forgot to deactivate the theme purchase code before deleting all files from domain file/public_html, now when i try to install the theme and activate it, it says the code is invalid ( it may be linked to previous installs), I believe that the theme’s purchase code is linked to the previous installation, can you help me please ? the purchase code is ””( how can i give you the code privately) can you unlink it from the old theme file installation please ?

My SEO team is saying that every post in our blog has the header tag set as h2 instead of h1 by default in the theme, which is causing issues with our page ranking since SEO looks for the h1 tag metadata. Now we use the theme on 3 site for seven years and we are quite satified BUT we wanted to updated the theme on one site and it caused some problems. the burger-menue does not work anymore (so we downgrated again). Is there somewhere a proper tutorial for updating the templates? We want upgrate from 3.5.63 to 3.5.65. Thx for your help

I purchased the theme several years ago. I used it for about a year. Then I removed the site, I would like to use this theme on a new page: its not allowing me to enter the purchase code. (The Old Site was: www.3reative.com) The registration was removed back in 2018.
