Hello, I need help. My license isn’t working and is showing errors. Version: 12.6.9 “REGISTERED” says it’s active for my domain https:// movitok. online, but it’s showing errors. It doesn’t allow me to install any “prebuilt sites” or plugins, and it also displays the red alert: “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key. Please reset the key from the System status tab and try to activate it again, or contact our customer support team at contact@tagdiv.com.
I had to delete the WordPress installation from my hosting to start from scratch, and it’s still not working. It continues to show errors.

That means the key verification doesn’t work. This can have a few causes, the most common one being security restrictions or firewalls, from plugins or from the hosting. I installed an updated version the Newspaper theme to my server. It required 2 plugins. I followed the instructions and installed the first plugin td-composer; but after I activated the plugin, the admin site crashed.
We are running the wordpress 6.7.2 on debian 11 with php8.3fpm

I managed to do it with the information you provided.
There’s just something missing. Google Adsense ads appear in pop-ups, I did not see an ad blocker option here. Even though the page you specified has not been blocked from Google ads, ads continue to appear in the pop-up. How can I solve this problem? Thank you and wish you good work.
So the problem is that ads appear in the popup? Unless you placed ad boxes in the page you set in the popup, there should be no ads there. Or are you perhaps using auto ads, or a plugin that inserts ads automatically in pages? If you use a plugin, maybe there are ways to exclude the page you use in the popup. You guys will be doing you and many of us (customers) big favors if you can work partnership and compatibility with Elementor Page Builder instead of trying to shove your page builder down our throat. I bought this theme because I expect such a big theme will be compatible with Elementor which I am familiar with. The learning curve for using this theme is too steep, I will kindly need a refund.

Unfortunately we don’t plan on providing full compatibility with elementor. That would require reworking everything in the theme, all the demos, our cloud library, all our other plugins. We developed our own composer and gradually added more plugins to extend its features. And it’s not that difficult to learn to use the composer, it just takes a bit of practice, maybe also watching a few videos. And we can provide assistance as well with details, screenshots, videos. We can help directly on the website, you can contact us by email and let us know how we can help. But if you decide to request a refund, we will approve it.

Just a heads up, it seems that the website you showcase under “Proudly Trusted by Leading Brands” schengenvisainfo(dot)com now redirects to schengen(dot)news which hijacks my browser with a fake McAfee warning after a few seconds.

You could also update the theme manually, download it from your themeforest account and install it on the website. In case there are any issues after updating, please let us know.

Yes there is. The option can be activated per block so visitors can bookmark the desired posts, then in the header you can use the header bookmark element leading to a page where they can see their marked posts. From what I see the loop element from the tag template has an offset set for it. Please edit the tag template with the composer and remove the offset from the loop -> https://prnt.sc/bg9Mww8DsI8M Normally an offset it used only when using a grid at the top, but if you just use the post loop then there should be no offset. Please try it.

The views of the AMP content won’t be tracked by the theme, because the AMP versions won’t be served from your website to the visitors. The AMP content is served from the google cache. I’m asking this from the perspective of correctly displaying the most visited posts in the blocks. The largest number of visits to news sites comes through AMP pages. Have you considered the possibility of implementing AMP Pingback Endpoint as an option for counting views?
