I am a long time Impreza user/customer and I am happy with the theme. I just renewed Impreza support subscription but Envato still has me blocked for support so I can’t submit a ticket for Impreza. This has happened before. I have to contact Envato support and it takes many days for them to even respond. The email I got from Envato says it may take 10 days for a reply!!!!!!! Unreal. I am trying to get a conflict with Gravity Forms resolved but I can’t create a ticket even though I have paid for support. DO BETTER.

Please log in to https://help.us-themes.com/ and open your profile’s Licenses page. There’s a synchronization link at the bottom. Pressing it should refresh data on the licenses you purchased and let you create a ticket.
Hello. When searching on a site, for example “WooCommerce” is added to the URL ”/?s=WooCommerce&post_type=product”. Is it possible to remove it &post_type=product? So that a clean query remains ”/?s=WooCommerce ?

This query is most likely added by the Search element inside the header, which is set up to search only for product-type posts. If you deactivate it, search results will start showing other post types (posts/pages/custom post types) and not only products.

In a site where I checked the SEO of my webpage in IMPREZA, it said that I shouldn’t use inline styles like these:—gap:3em. I know this is used for spacing between columns, so I ask: are these considered inline styles that shouldn’t be used? Since IMPREZA is SEO-friendly, can this be changed, or is it not necessary?

we have a problem with the display logic, can you help us?
We want to show some content only for specific user roles. Most of our users have multiple roles. If we say “user role inlcudes XYZ” it shows the content for all users who have the role “XYZ” – no matter how many other roles they have. But as soon as we turn it around and say “user role exlcudes XYZ” it doesn’t work if you have multiple roles (or in the display logic you have to select exactly the combination that the corresponding user has – but that’s impossible because there are many different combinations of roles).
We want to hide content when someone has a certain role – and it shouldn’t matter what other roles they have. As soon as the user has the role XYZ, the content should no longer be displayed.
How does this work? Can you help us?

PS: Is it possible to buy just a support license? I am happy to pay for the support, but I have already bought the theme and therefore can’t do much with the regular licence in which the theme AND support is included.

I just designed a site on Impreza on PHP 7.4 and while launching it on PHP 8.2, it is showing critical error. Does the theme work on PHP 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 ?

There’s a custom field “bedrooms” created for the houses. The list at the bottom of the house Page Template shows relevant items based on this custom field. The settings are: “Products with the specific custom fields” > “if EVERY condition below is met” > “Custom field “bedrooms” equals “{{bedrooms}}” (field name inside the double figure brackets fetches the value of this field for the currently viewed post).

Unfortunately, no. Currently, this precise targeting is only available for the list-type elements (Post List, Product List, etc).

On the page you mentioned, the Tabs element creates expandable sections. On small screens, it switches to an accordion layout.
When you edit the Grid element, you can set up the Overriding Link in its Appearance settings tab. It can lead to a post or open a custom link specified for the product.

Hi, since the last update today to the newest version the carousel-feature is not working properly and it seems to be impossible to configure it correctly. I have a logo element in the footer of one website on every page and there are 5 logos shown, automatically rotation, and so an. BUT the carousel shows onle one very big (full size full site) logo and nothing else …... could you please check this? Is it possible that there are some issues that have to be corrected for the last update? Despite this, I am a very content user with more than 50 Impreza themes but do not want to buy a license for not having caused this issue

The issue you described sounds like the needed styles for the element are not loading. If you use “Optimize JS and CSS” at Theme Options > Advanced, press the Auto Optimize button to ensure styles load correctly. Also, clear the cache after.

If everything works correctly when you are logged in, the issue is most likely due to caching. Clear the cache of caching/optimization plugins and a CDN cache (if you use it).
Hello. There is a problem, (and I don’t know if that’s how it’s built), with the “Icon Box” element… On desktop screens, the text is visible ok, next to the icon, but on mobile, the text doesn’t go down below the icon. Is this a plugin error, or is there another setting to correct this?

You can create a duplicate of this IconBox with the icon position at the top and use Design settings to hide the duplicate on desktops and laptops and the original one on tablets and mobiles.

Version 8.33. When using more than one OWL slider on the same page, everything works fine on a desktop, but on a mobile device a page no longer scrolls up/down when a slider is used. It kind of locks up and hogs focus as such. I can provide a screencast of this.

Hi, the theme is ok. But what are you doing with the last upgrades? Responsive grids are not working anymore; spaces between carousel elements are not working anymore….it’s kinda boring to get bugs with every upgrades….. How can i downgrade to the previous upgrade????

Please clarify if you use the “Optimize JS and CSS size” option at Theme Options > Advanced. If you do, it might show the cached/irrelevant for the updated version of styles. In this case, pressing the “Auto Optimize” button should resolve the issue. Please give it a try. If you use third-party caching plugins/tools, clear their cache as well.
I don’t use “optimize JS and CSS size” (it mess my content carousel).
