Id purchase another lisence for this theme for a client, however the demo site, when i go to test drive it, it just doesn’t work. It wont import demos. If the demo doesn’t work, why would i purchase another lisence, or even support.

Importing a new demo via the setup wizard doesn’t remove the previously added / pre-defined pages. You can reset the site to default with the WP Reset plugin and import the demo again to see how it works on a clean installation.

Please clarify the issue or provide more details on how to replicate it. When you hover your mouse over the menu element on the site you referred to, it opens a sub-items list, and clicking causes the redirect. It works correctly on my end.

Issue Summary:

There seems to be a problem with the main menu dropdown on desktop view (mouse hover). When I hover over the “Portfolio” menu, the submenu is supposed to appear (e.g., Grid 1, Grid 2, etc.). However, the submenu doesn’t open on hover immediately.

When I click on the “Portfolio” menu to force it open, the submenu appears briefly, but at the same time, the browser navigates directly to the first item (“Portfolio Grid 1”) — as if I clicked that item intentionally. So, it behaves like a single-click redirection rather than showing a dropdown.

Expected Behavior:

When hovering over a parent menu item (e.g., “Portfolio”), the submenu should smoothly appear without triggering a redirect.

Clicking the parent item should either:

Just open the dropdown (no redirection), or

Open the parent link after a delay or only if submenu is not interacted with.

Possible Cause:

It looks like a JavaScript or z-index issue that prevents proper hover detection.

Alternatively, the menu item may have href=”#” and a click event handler that is misfiring before submenu fully renders.

Unfortunately, I still can’t replicate the issue. It seems like a conflict with some custom code or third-party plugin. To check this, you can deactivate all plugins except Upsolution Core, remove custom code (if used), and clear all the cache.

Please back up your website and try the following solution:
- Remove the Impreza theme and UpSolution Core plugin.
- Install and activate the Transients Manager plugin.
- Go to View Transients and delete all Transients.
- Deactivate all plugins and install and activate the latest version of the Impreza theme.
- Install and activate the UpSolution Core plugin via Impreza > Addons.

How many domains can I use the same license on?

Each Impreza license allows activating one production and one development site. Production is the main site, with all features included. Development — for testing purposes. On the Development site, the Maintenance Mode is always active and can’t be turned off.

Log in to https://help.us-themes.com/ with your Envato account and open your profile’s Licenses page. You can deactivate the old domain there. After this, you can activate your license on a new domain via the WordPress admin area at Impreza > About.

Hi there. Just boght a new license for your theme, and license code is installed and it is showing as active. My problem, i am unable to update the core plugin with the inbuildt update function. I am now on core 8.10 and would like to update to the latest. Also i could not find the plugin in the Themeforest download package. Any idea? Thank you in advance.

Hi. Updated from v5.3.1 to v8.3.4 and the layout has gone a bit crazy. We moved the site to a new server and updated theme and all plugins which seems to have broken the basic page layout.

It turns out none of the default theme settings were retained for fonts/sizes/line heights/etc.

Please ensure the issue is not due to caching or some third-party plugin conflict. Try turning off all plugins except the UpSolution Core, clearing all caches, and pressing “Auto Optimize” at Theme Options > Optimize JS and CSS size (if you use this option).

If you disable autoplay and control options, it is not playable. Previously, it was playable with play icon even the control option is disabled.

I checked this behavior on previous versions (incl. 8.32, 8.31, 8.29), and it works the same. Please share an example page or the theme version where it worked differently.

I am a long time Impreza user/customer and I am happy with the theme. I just renewed Impreza support subscription but Envato still has me blocked for support so I can’t submit a ticket for Impreza. This has happened before. I have to contact Envato support and it takes many days for them to even respond. The email I got from Envato says it may take 10 days for a reply!!!!!!! Unreal. I am trying to get a conflict with Gravity Forms resolved but I can’t create a ticket even though I have paid for support. DO BETTER.

Please log in to https://help.us-themes.com/ and open your profile’s Licenses page. There’s a synchronization link at the bottom. Pressing it should refresh data on the licenses you purchased and let you create a ticket.

This query is most likely added by the Search element inside the header, which is set up to search only for product-type posts. If you deactivate it, search results will start showing other post types (posts/pages/custom post types) and not only products.

In a site where I checked the SEO of my webpage in IMPREZA, it said that I shouldn’t use inline styles like these:—gap:3em.
