Thanks for the updates, however the slider image did not fully covered fully. Also is not mobile responsive.

You can do that for pages through the Jannah Settings section below the editor > Hide page elements, but currently, these options are not available for Posts, but you still can hide them via CSS.

HI, we have currently one license, but we need another 5 for 5 different domains? How to do it. Ordering 5 times the theme? How about the licensing of each website via Envato? How does that work since all purchases are in one account? Thank you

You can buy all of them using the same account and manage licenses and domains through your account on our website.
However, if you intend to transfer the website and license to a client, we recommend purchasing the license through a separate account. This will allow you to provide them with the account credentials later.

hi, just wanted to let you know that your old bugs appear again that bulleted and numbered list are not showing but the text indeed indent.
my current parent version of theme are 7.4.1 and my child theme version 1.0.2

Does this theme not support Elementor plugins??

The theme is already compatible with the WPBakery and Elementor plugins so you can use any of them to build any landing pages or posts as you want. but the core theme blocks are available in the TieLabs Page Builder only so you will not be able to use them in 3rd party builders. and you can not use both builders on the same page.

Please try these common solutions. If none of these fix the problem, please open a new support ticket.
- Update everything including WordPress, the theme and plugins. Available updates appear in Dashboard > Updates.
- Deactivate all plugins in case there is a conflict. If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.
- Clear cache in both your browser and in any caching plugins that you are using (also disable services like CloudFlare, if used with your website).
- Revert code changes if you have modified the theme’s code. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.
- Go to the Status page under the Jannah menu and make sure there are no errors appearing there

Nothing works! I’ve already deactivated all the plugins, Wordpress, the theme and all the plugins are already updated and the cache has already been cleared. I’ve tried with the parent theme and nothing either and no errors appear on the status page.

Thanks. I am sticking with the latest version for now. I’m trying to get the new WM Video Playlist working. It worked ok initially. But I added a new video and now it is showing a weird display of my webpage instead of any videos. Could I ask, what was wrong with the old video playlist system? It seemed perfect to me.

I am extremely disappointed with the response I received regarding the featured image issue on the Jannah theme.
It is evident that my initial message was not reviewed properly. As I mentioned earlier: 1. I have already used plugins like Auto Post Thumbnail and Regenerate Thumbnails, but the issue persists. 2. The problem is not about posts missing featured images. It’s about featured images not displaying on the homepage or posts, even though they are correctly assigned and exist in the media library.
To clarify further, I used the exact same migration process for another website with the Voice theme, and it worked perfectly without requiring additional plugins or manual fixes. This issue seems exclusive to the Jannah theme.
I have been waiting for your response for 8 days, during which I provided all the necessary details and even gave you access to the admin panel as requested. To receive a generic response suggesting something I already mentioned is both unprofessional and frustrating.
I expect a proper investigation and solution for this issue. If you require further details or need additional access, let me know, but please treat this matter with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.
