Unfortunately, it’s not possible with the current options. We always recommend starting from scratch with a new import demo if you want to switch page builders. Using a different page builder on an existing site built with another can cause significant distortions. Additionally, using two page builders on the same site can lead to conflicts. Therefore, if you wish to switch page builders, it’s best to begin with a fresh WordPress installation.

In core WordPress login page at /wp-admin/ there is an eye to show/hide password in the password field. Is there anyway to add to add it to the theme? This should be in the login page/popup and the login form under login toggle in checkout page.
Any php code snippet or CSS should be fine for me and appreciated.

On the single product page I would like to list another products using the same value of a custom attribute (e.g. “series”). So I’ve added “Porto product attribute” into the sidebar, configured it to use the desired series attribute. It lists products with another values too. E.g. I open product with series=”AAA” but the grid contains also products with series=”BBB”. I want to see only the products with the same series value as the open product. Am I understanding it correctly? Is there any way?

We removed it from the theme over five years ago, and it is no longer supported or included. However, you can use the Slider Revolution plugin, which comes pre-packaged with the theme and is fully compatible.

It looks like you’re using the Custom Header with the template builder. To make the changes, please go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Header and edit your specific header using the page builder. After that, select the section you want to make sticky. Under the “Porto Additional Settings,” you’ll find the option “Make section sticky?” – simply toggle it ON.

Hello! im trying to hide the review tab in the product page. If you’re using a custom layout for the single product page, please go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Single Product, and edit the specific layout from there. Next, edit the product tabs element, where you’ll find an option labeled “Hide Product Tabs.” You can select any tab you wish to hide from the settings, and this will resolve your issue. 1. In order to solve your issue, please navigate to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Site Visibility and set as “Live”.
2. The 504 Gateway Timeout error typically happens when a server takes too long to respond to a request. Even though your hosting resources are only 1% consumed, this error could still occur due to issues with server configuration, network latency, or a slow external service that the server is trying to communicate with.
Here are some possible solutions to troubleshoot and solve the issue:
PHP Timeout: If your server is running PHP, the max_execution_time directive might be too low. Increase it in your php.ini file. For example:
max_execution_time = 1000
Web Server Timeout: Check your web server configuration (e.g., Nginx or Apache). Both Nginx and Apache have timeout settings that could be affecting the response.
Nginx:
nginx proxy_read_timeout 300;
Apache:
apache Timeout 300
Alternatively, please try to reach out to your hosting provider for further help on this matter, it’s the server end issue.

Shopping cart icon in nav menu does not open the cart. Hovering above it just opens a menu, where can i click the text view to open the cart. Tht is very confusing. I like the popup, which slides open, but how can I make clicking the icon to open the cart?

I believe I have found a bug in a variable products gallery if each variant has its own picture. You can try in any demo shop (e.g. #1 and attach a picture to every variant of Women‘s Jumper). The main issue is, that the gallery behaves strangely. It displays the main product picture twice once the product is open. If you select some combination, it swaps the first image. If I add all the pictures to the product gallery, there will always be one picture missing and one twice.

There are still some of the bugs present: 1. open the page -> gallery shows 2 girls, main picture is the firs picture of girl 2. select black color and large size -> 2 bugs: BUG1: where is the first image of the girl? it disappeared BUG2: the main picture shows the black bag, looks good, but try to hover over it. The zoom will display the rgirl over a bag. If you click some different options and back, zoom will start to work correctly.

You mean the main product image is there with the variation chosen image? If so, then it is the default behavior, it always shows the main product image in the gallery, you can not remove it.

How can i have more size guides? I believe no shop sells just one product, so it has to be somehow possible, but all demos have just one global size guide, which is unusable. I have like 10 product types, each has its different size table. I know I can add a custom tab to the product, but doing or modifying it for 100 products is nonsense.

The size guide is the global tab which we have added to all the products using Theme Options: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/how-to-edit-remove-rename-and-reorder-product-data-tabs/
And the content of that tab has been set using block under Porto >> Template Builder.
If you do not want to appear that size guide tab globally to all of your products, then you can remove it from Theme Options.
And to insert/set the separate size guide tab for each product, you have to use the custom tab by editing each product.
That is only the possible way if you want to show in the tabs.

I tested it on my test site and didn’t encounter the issue, so it seems to be specific to your site. If you’re using a child theme with custom code, try switching to the parent theme and check again. If that resolves the issue, please reach out to your developer to investigate and fix any customizations in your child theme that may be causing the problem.
