There are no separate files available for this, both the Avada Core and Avada builder are installed directly from our servers so once you install Avada you will see a notification to install the required Avada core and Avada builder plugins itself.

For the love of coffee, where can I find the instructions for adding the “Last Update” entry to Post Meta? I enabled every single Post Meta options, updated some of ours posts, and the “Last Update” information does not appear.
I read your documentation (link below), but it does not provide instructions for it.

Thanks for that. Yes! We already use that and works great (temporarily).
The Initial request is to add the missing “Last Update” Post Meta variable toggle switch to Avada’s Options section. Can you guys please address that?
Also, using your solution method, will SEO search engines capture the “Last Update” date of our news articles? So far, it’s not working Your documentation does not address that either.

Hi,
I’m using Avada with Woocommerce and the plugin “Smart Variations Images & Swatches for WooCommerce (Premium)”.
Now I want to show the Variations Images and Swatches under the “woo featured products slider” of Avada on any page I need.
It’s only working under the “woo product grid”. Also on the shop page it works fine.
Can you help me please, to show them also under the “woo featured products slider” of Avada?
Or do you have any other idea (e.g. another/second product slider plugin or a code) to realize that?

This could be due to some other 3rd party page builder plugin or simply the permalinks not set right, kindly make sure that the permalinks are setup to postname in this case and also check your 3rd party plugins.

There is rather powerful Avada Forms inside your theme. But, as I understand – there is no signature filed. Last time – this is popular field to sign the form with hand-written signature. And I have to install additional form plugin only for this field. The question: is it in your plan to add such custom field. Or it is better to install for example WPForms and then – to disable Avada Forms at all…

i have been looking for two days now and can’t figure out how to edit the My Account page on the Avada Retail Theme? The phone and email information right below the title bar. Everything is pulling form the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode, but I can’t find a way to edit that. Driving me crazy. can anyone give some direction please?

The theme is decent and we purchased 19 licenses. The problem is that if a team member makes a mistake when moving a site, the license gets locked and unless we complain in a public forum, they never release the lock after the issue is resolved. So, good theme. Inconsistent support.

The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited. Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?

I have several licensed sites on the Avada theme, and they all started having problems with updates. They update themselves without warning and completely break my sites. Even if I accept updates and fix all the problems, after a while the updates still appear and break my site again. All update blocking plugins do not work, the programmers also tried to fix it, but the site still updates. I tried deleting the license code in the settings. Does anyone know how to fix this? Your help is really needed!

Theme should not be updating itself at all, from what I am seeing you are actually on a really older version of Avada which is actually using older builder as well, we will strongly recommend you to kindly update towards our latest version of Avada in this case aswell.

I am not seeing any such notification on the latest version of Avada that is 7.11.14 in this case along with the latest version of WooCommerce, with that being the case the notices can be ignored as they are due to version change only specifically.

In creating custom post cards for our Product Archive pages, we’re running into an issue in how to add the “Vendor Name” (with link to their store which is a separate archive type page) to the product postcard.
Is there any information you can provide on how to add it to the postcard? or is there a method by which we can use to see how we can add it?
The default Woocommerce product postcard on the archive pages displays this information by default so we know it must be possible.
