Hello. In your theme, Popup Maker stops working when using the category filter widget. That is, if I use your category filter and ?filter_cat appears in the URL of my site, Popup Maker does not load its scripts and stops working on that page. As soon as I clear the category filter, Popup Maker starts working again. However, your attribute filter does not break Popup Maker—only the category filter does. I don’t want to purchase technical support because I believe this is a bug. I have disabled all plugins, updated everything, and tested filters with and without AJAX. This is definitely a bug on the theme’s side. I would like you to fix this in the next updates.Thank you.

I’m experiencing an issue on the Store Main page where product images are not maintaining the same height. I attempted to resolve this through Theme Options → WooCommerce → Product Images, but unfortunately, the changes are not taking effect.
Is there a recommended way to ensure uniform image heights, even when product images have different aspect ratios? For example, is there an option to automatically crop or zoom images to maintain a consistent height?

just noticed when you have more than 4 thumbnail images it doesn’t limit the visible thumbnails on the product page but instead shows all associated thumbnails causing page formatting to look off – is there anyway to hide the 5+ images until the navigation arrows are clicked. Also when you do click the navigation arrows the 1st image doesn’t disappear but just moves up the page… see screenshots – thanks

On mobile the arrows aren’t write though… also when you put your mouse over the main image and it enlarges, and its a transparent png we need to hide the main product image thats behind the enlargement other wise you can still see it and looks like theres something wrong…. hope that helps

We are testing the white label system included with the theme to give a more personal feel – however i’ve noticed a few items it doesn’t white label:
1) When editing a page using Elementor – the left side panel under advanced tab it still references the following: - XSTORE Effects - XSTORE Tooltip - XSTORE Ajaxify
is that normal or should that have been white-labeled too?

Finally getting around to install this theme. I like the fact that you have chatgpt incorporated, however on your video I see it only for gutenberg editor. I use elementor. Is there a widget that i can add and use it, or is it part of the tiny mce editor, so I can use that and use it within elementor. Since I have gutenberg disabled, this wonderful feature will be no good without those options on elementor. At a minimum I would suggest making it part of tinymce, so that it can be used in elementor and other page builders using the default editor widget.

Cannot update the ticket with my replies. Keeps telling me it is duplicate content – frustrated. so replied to the public side of the ticket. BTW your ticket system also has a issue, if you write on the private side, it cannot be submitted unless you put something on the public side, so i just put a space. thats a bug. please help resolve the issues related to the theme, or give me a refund.
