There is no purchase code for Bridge associated with your Envato account, and ending with 6d665, that is shown in our system.

You should know that you can deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

I bought this theme in 2021 and had my developer back then use it on a domain. However that domain no longer exists but it appears that the purchase code is still attached to it.

Unfortunately I dont have contact anymore with the developer and I don’t remember the old domain name.

I would like to deactivate / disconnect the purchase code from that domain and register it to a different domain.

Hello, We have installed one demo which we are happy with. We would like to use a layout of a contact page from a different demo. Is there any way to import the layout of a page from another demo without completely wiping the website we have built so far?

Unfortunately, there is no option to import just a single page from another demo.

The best approach if you want to check the settings or any element from another demo is to create local test website. For this you need to install local server (e.g. XAMPP). Then install WP, Bridge, plugins and import desired demo content to your local testing website and check how the pages have been built and what settings/elements have been applied.

i have been able to register the theme and import the blog slider demo. however i cannot see the slider plus there is a big white space between the logo and the posts on the blog home page. How do i fix? Please my support has expired and i cannot extend. please provide assistance with this

I am also receiving the “Please Wait…” message when I try to register. I tried all the steps in the help article (https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008419897-How-To-Fix-The-Please-Wait-Error-During-Registration-Process) but it’s still happening. Any suggestions?

also, can you let me know how i can have the search results in a grid with some padding on the sides instead of full-width? (map disabled). I’ve tried selecting Layout = In Grid in the qode options but it doesn’t change anything.

Hi, I am looking for a music theme where I would like to stream the music after it is purchased through a payment gateway like Razorpay. If the option to download the song after payment is available then it will be an added advantage. Is this feature available with any of the demos?

Unfortunately, there is no option to add required payment in order to play audio files.
Our themes rely on the WooCommerce plugin when it comes to shop functionalities and this plugin has an option for creating downloadable products. Core payment options available for WooCommerce are listed here, however, you can add more payment gateways with some WooCommerce addons.

Yes , all is updated , but home slider – Numbered carousel – don’t work , additional I have added Elementor pro

We tried to check the site where your purchase code is registered, however, our system shows that your purchase code is not registered on any domain. Please register your purchase code in Bridge Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

Also, Elementor Pro is not a required plugin for the theme.

Hi! Once we install a site demo, can we copy design sections from other demos – single sections or pages?

There is no option to add just single pages or individual sections from different demos. The best approach if you want to check the settings or any element from another demo is to create local test website. For this you need to install local server, e.g. XAMPP. How can I change the domain in the license, I am not using my old domain

Hi, I have multiple websites using the Bridge theme. On one website I cannot update the WPBakery plugin, I see this message: “Automatically updates for the plugin are available to the clients with a valid support period – you can renew it here. To update manually, visit our customer center to download the latest version.”

I have a Bridge license but I do not have support anymore. How can I fix this message?

It is necessary to update the theme. You can also find latest version of plugins on this path wp-content\themes\bridge\plugins if you want to update it manually.

Good afternoon, I am using another theme for a client who I am making an online store for, but the theme is quite complicated. I would like to know if this theme works with Elementor Basic, not Pro. And if the entire website can be customized using Elementor Basic?

All of the features showcased in Elementor demos on the landing page and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor. Elementor Pro is not required.
