Hi there,

When I change a page from a regular page to the homepage the layout breaks and the icons change size and refuse to be changed down.

Any ideas on why this is happening?

Hello Have a nice day Is the theme compatible with the plugin:

multi-vendor dokan wcfm I want a website similar to Amazon Thank you

Many Flatsome users use Dokan, WooCommerce Product Vendors, and WCFM Marketplace plugins without any problem.

Hello UxThemesSupport, I’m a big fan of the theme, however, I’ve discovered a major SEO problem. I’m using UX_Builder to create custom product layouts and have implemented separate product descriptions for mobile and desktop views. Despite hiding one of the descriptions, it’s still present in the page’s source code. This is causing duplicate content issues and the presence of two H1 tags, which are being fetched by Google. Are there any workarounds or solutions for this?

Google generally only indexes visible text and ignores hidden content since users don’t see it either. If your text remains invisible when Google renders your page, it won’t be indexed. You can use Google’s rich results test (https://search.google.com/test/rich-results) to check how Google renders your page, even if you don’t have structured data. The test provides a screenshot through the ‘View Tested Page’ option, allowing you to verify if your content is visible to Google.

Hello, I’m trying to show only custom post type “images” on one page but I can’t get it work. I have add this code in functions.php but I can’t find custom post type in UX Builder?

add_action( ‘init’, function () { if ( function_exists( ‘add_ux_builder_post_type’ ) ) { add_ux_builder_post_type( ‘images’ ); } } );

That snippet enables UX Builder for the ‘images’ custom post type so that you can edit those posts with UX Builder. Unfortunately, there is no way to allow CPTs in a UX Builder element without custom coding.

Hi, is there somewhere an option to disable the “You may be interested in…” section in the cart ? Thanks

Could you try the snippet below?

add_action( 'after_setup_theme', function () {
    remove_action( 'woocommerce_after_cart_table', 'woocommerce_cross_sell_display' );
} );

Hi, it’s been loading for more than 3 hours and i can’t edit using ux builder. What should I do?

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Flatsome theme related to the WooCommerce coupon functionality on the cart page. Specifically, when attempting to add a coupon via Ajax, the expected behavior is not occurring. Instead of processing the coupon via Ajax, the page refreshes completely, which in turn increases the site’s loading time and negatively affects the overall user experience.

Can you provide me with more details about enabling the Ajax coupon functionality.

Your ticket #183214 will be answered shortly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

We are currently using the Flatsome theme and noticed that when a coupon code is applied in the cart page, the entire page reloads. We’re aware that the checkout page uses Ajax for applying coupons, which works much better from a UX perspective. We could not find any built-in option (even in the Flatsome demo) to enable Ajax coupon functionality on the cart page. Is there a way to enable Ajax-based coupon application in the cart page as well, similar to the checkout? If not natively, could you advise if there’s a recommended method (e.g. custom JS, hook or snippet) to implement this safely within Flatsome?

hi Why has loading more products been removed in new versions? I mean structure Infinite Scroll

If you enabled the Infinite Scroll in “Flatsome>Advanced>Content Delivery>Shop Pagination”, you can enable the “Load More” button in “Flatsome>Advanced>Content Delivery>Loading Type -> Button (On click)”.

i just purchased flatsome but i am unable to install. it says; nstalling theme from uploaded file: themeforest-iZrjOGYU-flatsome-multipurpose-responsive-woocommerce-theme.zip Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.

please help

The error message you’re seeing typically appears when a user tries to upload the full zip file that was downloaded from ThemeForest rather than the theme file itself. ThemeForest’s packages often include additional files like documentation, licensing, etc., which are not directly uploadable to WordPress.

Please download the “Installable WordPress file only” theme zip file from here. and upload it in Appearance>Themes>Add New Theme section of your WordPress site’s admin panel.

Is the license I bought for $60 lifetime for one site, or is it for one year?

It’s a perpetual license. You’ll get lifetime updates with that license.

Hi, when I try to select the quick add to cart button does not appear. Normal button working.

I have a client that had Flatsome previously installed by someone else who they are not able to contact.

The theme is licensed still and on version 3.15.2 but it does not show any updates available.

How can they update to the latest version if it is licensed but they do not have access to the Themeforest account with the downloadable files?

Unfortunately, they must be able to access their Theme Forest account. Please tell them to contact Envato support to recover the account first.

I am using custom layout product. I have a problem when clicking on the images in the product gallery, the featured image does not change, it only changes when I swipe. I want when clicking on the product gallery images, the featured image above changes. Here is my link: https://inphuclam.com/in-danh-thiep/

Since the obligation to have an accessible e-commerce site will come into force on June 28, 2025, how do you plan to integrate this into the theme? This legislation is mandatory in all European Union countries.

Thank you for bringing this up. We know that accessibility is essential to web development and are aware of the upcoming EU legislation.

We’re currently reviewing the requirements to ensure Flatsome remains compliant with accessibility standards. We aim to provide updates and best practices to help store owners meet these new regulations. If you have any specific concerns or suggestions, feel free to share them with us.

I was sending a video with a support request. Three times asking again.

Our support engineer answered all your tickets, but it seems like you haven’t received them. Could you check your spam folder?

Hi there, I’m having trouble with the Flatsome theme. I have already built and designed everything in the UX Builder, but whenever I view the site live and even in incognito, the site shows up as incomplete and broken.

I’ve been sending support tickets but I am not getting a response. I really need help with this urgently!

Our support ticket response time is approximately two business days as stated here. We see you’ve submitted one ticket 2 hours ago. You’ll get an answer shortly.

how do we change the default viewport settings?

Breakpoints are hard-coded in the theme, so it’s not possible to change them for now.

Looking at the video homepage demo (https://demos.flatsome.com/demos/shop-demos/video-cover/). Does the video play in mobile view?

Yes, it plays in mobile view.
