I am using Urban Observe Header template, now i am unable to display the nav menu in mobile version. How to embed the nav menu in the modal popup in order ro display it in mobile version.

I see my colleague replied in the forum topic. I will answer the questions here as well. The mobile menu is a popup, set to display a page. The page can be edited either from the composer like this https://prnt.sc/vfnxncppdwFW or it can be edited from the pages panel https://prnt.sc/EPHk5GFixFPp Then you can customize it with the composer, you can change the menu https://prnt.sc/6FRVKFKU2FJP and make any other modifications you want.
Concerning the other question, the gtranslate plugin provides a shortcode for displaying the language switcher. You can place that anywhere you want in the composer, using a column text element and entering the shortcode inside it https://prnt.sc/NvoFfL2pRt7H You could place it after the header menu or somewhere in the header.

In the composer there is an option to set the default and hover colors for the links https://prnt.sc/2OUSpBFlxGqg But if you need more than just colors for the links, like different font properties, it could be done with some CSS. This doesnt apply to my website as I am using Style 12. Style 12 doesn’t show the tag composer for such editing. Tag composer is only present in the Single Post template.

That depends. Are you going to actually translate/create the content in multiple languages? In that case it will require a content translation plugin, like WPML. Or would you like to have a simple language switcher and just translate the same content automatically? In this case you could use the google translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/gtranslate/ So it depends. The theme translation option will translate the texts the theme uses throughout the website, in the chosen language, it does not provide a language switcher. If you change them in the website manager the new colors will apply everywhere the colors are used. Please try it. Love from Sid I have purchased this theme multiple times from different accounts. It goes without saying that it’s an amazing theme. However, I have a humble request for the theme owners: please refrain from adding so many ads into the demo content. Manually removing blocks like “Need website designs” and other ad-like sections from the theme template pages is very time-consuming.

We are facing a lot os issues with the mobile version on theme. It seems that the colors of the mobile version on Home Page and on and Article, are different, so are the headers! I have 2 different headers on the Home page of Mobile Version, and another on inside an post.

From what I see you are using AMP, when I visit a post on mobile I am redirected to AMP https://prnt.sc/CkXtm_aWyhV2 If you want to use AMP, the its best to use it together with the mobile theme. But if you do not want to use it, please deactivate it. And I also believe you are using a mobile page for the homepage, with a mobile header. Now it depends on what you want to use exactly. The mobile theme, AMP, a mobile page, are all optional. By default the theme does not use any of these, it uses the responsive version. I suggest deactivating the AMP plugin, and removing the mobile page https://prnt.sc/WgvENqlaaLRX Then check the website. youtube has quota and a website like this, would need alot of videos. having videos posted automatic is needed. this is why i ask, how can this be done without using api to not go over the quota?

YouTube does indeed have a quota limit. The theme has an internal cache for YouTube API requests, so the limit should not be reached. But I’m not quire sure what you would like to do. Please explain it a bit more.

what is internal cache? how would that stop hitting a quota?
The theme cache is meant to decrease the requests made to YouTube. So when you use the social counter, or a video playlist, the content is fetched initially and only expires after an amount of time. When it expires the theme makes another request, and so on. This makes it very hard to reach the 10.000 daily request limit for YouTube Are you using such elements on the website and it is reaching the limit? Maybe you are using the API key on other websites or for other things from the website. I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and please explain the problem more.

Can I mix and match different templates? For example, can I combine the Doctors Pro template with the Amsonia template for the newspaper section and also add a shop page from another template? Can I use the Doctors Pro template to create 2-3 different databases? For example, the first page for a green medical facilities database, the next page for an orange artists database, and the third page for a brown organic farmers database?

Do I have the ability to fully modify the sorting options? For instance, I don’t need the male and female categories. Specifically, I would like to change “Doctor Names” to “Business Names.” Additionally, where can I find and remove the dollar sign and the monetary amount? Ideally, I would like to replace that with a phone number or something else. Is the template fully editable, so I can create something similar with my own custom blocks? Yes you can mix multiple demos. For the post types, taxonomies, custom fields, you can either install the theme plugins that add them https://prnt.sc/FgDDSnxwQXcq or create your own using the ACF plugin. Then the pages and templates for each demo can be imported separately from the cloud library https://prnt.sc/ATW-QytCJKnL
The doctors demo has a few taxonomies for the doctors post type https://prnt.sc/OBAloi_kW17I These can be renamed or removed. And in the filters you can choose what you want to display https://prnt.sc/CR2gvgqA_HYQ Modifications to the taxonomies, post type, and the module that displays the doctors (including the dollar icon) must be done in the Doctors plugin directly. Our older directory demos don’t use the ACF for them and the newer module builder from the composer. So for example the dollar icon is defined here in the plugin https://prnt.sc/pDCXujL8-t9t
As a note, you don’t have to use the theme directory plugins for each demo, you could simply create your own post types, taxonomies, and the custom fields you require, and then use the templates of the demos to display them. The templates can all be edited with the composer, you can customize or change the custom fields displayed in them, for example https://prnt.sc/7KTyPkFkywUb Or you can remove what you do not need.
The theme doesn’t have an import option for listings. If you want to import them into wordpress, it could maybe be done with a plugin. Maybe with this one https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/importing-an-xml-or-csv-file/

From such an old version the theme will have to be updated manually, through wordpress or using a file manager https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ First it is recommended to make a backup of the website. Then if you want to do it through wordpress, you can switch to a default wordpress theme https://prnt.sc/zwgYjo3BPfSM and then delete the Newspaper theme. Then install the new theme and activate it. After doing that, please install and activate the standard pack plugin https://prnt.sc/TvyQmxpAB3Cm This plugin is required for older websites. I have reviewed the technical support forum and understand that tagDiv Composer is the recommended page builder for creating pages and cloud templates, as it is fully integrated with tagDiv Cloud Library. However, for creating posts, it is advised to use Gutenberg or the Classic Editor.

That is correct, we recommend creating the post content with the wordpress editors, either the Classic editor or Gutenberg. Because if the post content is built with elementor or a page builder, there can be design issues, or issues using the composer to edit the post template. It is usually best to not use two builders at the same time if possible. Our recommendation is to use just the composer. Cool. From your response, I understand that it is better to stick to a single post builder rather than switching from one to another from time to time.
So, if I limit my work to using only Elementor Pro and completely stop using Gutenberg or the Classic Editor, there should be no issue.

The potential conflicts will be between elementor and our composer. Meaning if you use elementor for the post content, and the composer for the post template. On the other hand, it could also work fine. We don’t regularly test elementor with the theme, so I can’t say for sure that there will be no issues in this case. To avoid having issues my suggestion is to use the wordpress editors for the post content. You could test it however, build a post as needed with elementor, then check if it displays correctly on the website with a theme post template, and also if the post template can still be edited correctly with the composer. If it’s all fine, then you could continue doing it in the same way.
