Hi there. How can I update theme when i have no more subscription activated? I thought that licence include future updates and security updates of the theme. Now I can update it from WP panel.

Hi, I have a valid license for this theme but I am seeing this at my admin backend, “Your lifetime license is valid, but your subscription has expired. Renew your subscription to restore access to built-in updates, security patches, and priority support.”. I did not know there’s a subscription fee for this theme. So does that mean this theme will no longer be updated? Can you kindly explain? Thanks

No worries, your lifetime license is still fully valid, so the theme will keep working.
The message just means your support and automatic updates period has ended. You can renew at any time to reactivate support and automatic updates.

I have around 20 WooCommerce websites with very similar plugin and settings setups, but only the site using the Retailer theme has this issue:
- When a specific user logs in, the WooCommerce store pages automatically switch to “Coming Soon” mode.
No “Coming Soon” or “Private Store” plugins are active.
Activity log shows the Cart page being modified at the time of login, which seems to trigger the visibility change.
This problem has been present for quite a long time.
Since the only site affected is the one using Retailer, do you have any ideas what element in the theme could affect WooCommerce’s “Site Visibility” / Coming Soon behavior?

Das versuche ich doch die ganze Zeit! Deswegen bin ich hier und frage, weil es nicht funktioniert!
WooSwatches – Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Swatches hat meine Seite zum Absturz gebracht eben gerade beim Setup. Das ist eine Spieleseite wenn man drauf geht und hat nichts mit Webseiten zu tun. Die haben mir letztens alles zugespamt mit neuen Benutzern.
Ich finde den Support übrigens schrecklich! Ich bereue dass ich 60 Dollar für nichts ausgegeben habe.
Genug Zeit damit verschwendet!

Ich habe immernoch Version 3.2.1.
Danke aber das habe ich alles schon 100 Mal gemacht. Ich kann auch nicht automatisch aktualisieren weil das Kästchen nicht da ist. Ich kann das Theme 3.2.1 auch nicht löschen und das neue hochladen. Die Option löschen gibt es leider auch nicht.
Wenn ich ein Setup mache mit WooSwatches – Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Swatches dann bricht der ganze Shop zusammen und ich komme nichtmal ins Backend.
So, ich habe das alte Theme löschen können und nun hat er das neue genommen. !!!

I paid for my theme and my license so many years ago, an now you show a message than my plan has expired, you have to delete this message ¡¡Now!!, my client thinks every entry to admin panel that his theme doesn´t have license.

There’s an issue with the categories. I bought the retailer theme since 2019. This is the only time, I just decided to use it I found that there is a bug with the category filter. Here is a screenshot of the shop page showing the categories issue. https://imgur.com/a/XyPxkzG The products are supposed to show beside the categories not at the bottom. What can be do to fix this.
