This theme is too confusing. It’s an overkill. Too many complexities for changes that use to be simple. Not user friendly AT ALL. I’ve built many websites but this one is making things waaay to complex for no reason

Avada comes with full control over how you want to use it, Avada is a multipurpose website builder for WordPress and WooCommerce and hence the diversity of options, however those options and features comes with complete control and are not forced upon any user, you have the ability to create a very minimal website using minimum features from Avada and vice versa.
We also have a very detailed documentation that explains how the features can be turned off and on if they are not required, so we suggest you to follow the guidelines provided there.
With every new piece of software comes a learning curve, however it is not that steep with Avada and we have nothing but great feedback from the first time buyers in terms of flexibility and ease of use.

How to hide Page Title Bar
Page Title Bar under global options is set to “Hide” but I still have page title bar showing up on new pages I create.Under Avada Page Options > Page Title Bar, it only shows text boxes to change “Page Title Bar Heading Custom Text”, “Page Title Bar Subheading Custom Text”, “Page Title Bar Background” and “Page Title Bar Background Retina”.
Is anyone else having issues hiding page title bar when global option is set to hide, there is no option to hide under Avada Page Options and page title bar still shows up on new pages you create?
Any suggestions?

I have a question about the Custom Pattern for the phone number.
“Enter allowed input pattern. For pattern examples, you can check.”
I am inserting ^+0-9{1,9} (0-9{3}) 0-9{3}-0-9{2}-0-9{2}$, but it doesn’t help, and visitors to the site can insert an incomplete 10-digit phone number, and sometimes they enter just two digits, and the form is submitted. What should I do?

Is it possible to have the featured images on a project/individual portfolio page shown at a grid rather than a carousel? If you set the size of the image (say 25%) would the containers to the side automatically get wider to compensate or would there be a big gap?

I am afraid that is not a possibility to do that, the additional featured images will always come up as carousel by default in this case, getting this functionality will require customisation.

hi there, since several months i am trying to use one of my licences of avada. yes, the support is expire, but the problem is at avada anyway… Live Builder is not working. and no, i have checked at least 20 thousand times if there is any issue with my several servers. today i have a little bit more time and now i am writing here. what the hell is going on with avada?! at every installation comes ERROR 500. and i have 3 of them… very new. every each domain and subdomain has much more resources as you recomend. all permissions are perfect. but anyway, every each installation brings these errors. so what is the basic problem? that’s why i use most of time other themes cause avada is not anymore the avada i used to know. sorry guys… but the quality dies at avada

Support is not required to use Avada and the license is valid for lifetime as far as the theme development is going on, so no license for Avada to work is reqiured.
We can assure you that the latest version of Avada works all fine and good and there should be no errors whatsoever, if you are seeing any issue, this could be specific to your installation and our team will require to take a closer look into your installation in this case.

As I can see, a lot of people have problems with https://avada.website/portfolio/ It’s gorgeous. But can you please check the demo import? After import, I have it on the homepage only video. And yes – I imported all content with all checkboxes. How can I import https://avada.website/portfolio/ and receive the same as the demo? And please – do not send me to your support. I don’t want to pay for this. It’s not my mistake. I bought the Avada and want to click one button and receive a template like the one in the demo. Thats all. And yes – with my dedic, all is fine – all other demos (tried 6 different) work fine.

Hello, We built a website with Avada for a client. The client is no longer with us now. We handed over the website after unregistering the license but the license keeps on registering itself.
How can the license be removed from the associated domain permanently so that we can use the license on another domain?
Also wanted to know what the delete button against each license does in the My Avada panel under Manage licenses.

You can unlink the license from my my.avada.com area, Screenshot here. However if a user has the full purchase code, they can use it on their. The license, however, wont register on another site if it is being used on active site already
The delete button in my.avada.com removes the purchase code from your support account so that you can add it in another Avada support account

Hello, I need update a website built with avada in 2016-2017 by someone else, I never received maintenance or updates, right now the website is not workitn due to incompatibility with the latest version of PHP, wordpress and more, I got it to work on my local hosting to do some testing. Is an posibility to update it? O do I need to rebuild a whole new website? What are the recomended steps?

Hi,
I have avada 5.0.5, the documentation you shared mentions 4.0.X, and 5.9, but I doesn’t mention version 5.0.5. ¿Could you do the update for me? Will it have an additional cost?
To put this in context, someonelse created the website years ago, so we don’t have the purchase code. I think we’ll have to buy a new one to get proper support.

We don’t provide update services but you can simply update from 5.0.5 to 5.9.1 and then register your Avada purchase to update automatically from 5.9.1 to our latest version.

hello team! i need a support, i have a purchase code, but It tells me that the license is registered with another email, I don’t understand why. I need to be able to disconnect the license from another site because I really don’t know which one I don’t have access to. If I try to register on your page, it tells me the same thing. This could happen if the license is registered with a different support account, check if you have multiple emails and in that case have a support account registered with a different email, if you want assistance with this, you can open a support ticket with our team and we will be able to sort this out for you in not time.

The problem is that I can’t register to submit a ticket, as it tells me the code is registered under another email address, and I don’t know which one is true. I shouldn’t have any other registered email addresses. So, I can’t send you a ticket because I can’t register because I don’t have a “valid” license.

I have a custom made plugin that uses bootstrap modals, which do not work with avada at all. I spent hours and hours trying various solutions, nothing works. I even tried to mimic the markup for fusion modals, it got automatically removed! Why is it not possible to use our own modals? why do you make it such a closed system? it looks to me that it’s made to leave us with the only option of having to pay a bloody 69$ for a ticket. A very disatisfied customer.

Thank you for your feedback, however when it comes to customisation in theme files we have a very specific policy regarding this, it is also very hard to tell what might be causing this issue without having a proper look into the site, with that being said however, if the issue is specific to your custom code, we recommend getting in touch with our customisation partners regarding this further.

Well, thank you very much for this non-response, but this is not customization at all, i just want to be able to trigger a simple bootstrap modal – i have encapsulated my bootstrap version for the plugn to display content independently of Avada’s markup, but it is utterly impossible, i just spent hours trying to figure this out. You’ve made it in such a way that whatever integration needs a very specific way of doing for which there is no documentation online – unless you proove me wrong? thanks

Hi !
I have an excerpt question. In global settings i set Excerpt to a max words setting. Now when i make a blog without any container or textblok, its showing an excerpt below the image and blog title so thats great.
However, when I use a container and a textblock in the blog body, it will not show the automatic excerpt of the first alinea.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I’m having problems with several websites using Avada. Suddenly, a change to a different theme occurs. (reported by conrrado2005 3 days ago) => I have same issue in 7.11.15!!! in Avada 7.11.14 it doesnt happen . 1 or 2 times a day not always at the same hour all the days avada is automatically deactivated and wordpress try to active other theme, when i go back to 7.11.14 all works ok again. I reinstall avada , copy all the files again, using a child theme and nothing solves the issue, when you activate again avada theme all workd ok it isnt a missing files problem. I having a lot of sites using AVada and it happens in all of them except some of them that they are hosted in siteground server,

The mobile menu will work on a live site. The current prebuilt would not have the relevant off canvas connected. However, any Avada prebuilt will certainlly have a working mobile menu
