I’m wondering why eventer is showing up as Version: 0.1.1 can this be fixed

hello, i purchased this theme and installed it on a subdomain and I activated it there, but now we don’t have access to that subdomain as it is suspended, we want to use it on a new domain but we cant deactivate from the previous subdomain since we can not access it, can you help with that,

Does the audio link under the isermon audio work with spotify URL link? The video link work with a youtube url but I can seem to get the audio link working.

When I add links to our “Our Pastor”, “New Here”, “Sermon Archive”, on the home page, it move their respective buttons and the read more buttons to the left hand side of the website.. Please kindly help.

I lost the theme options tab from the main menu. The theme is activated. I tried unregistering it and registering it again. Everything was successful, but the tab is not showing. I haven’t installed any new plugins. The website has been running unchanged for a long time. Do you have any ideas about what could have happened? I have the latest version 4.8.3.2 and everything is OK in the System Status tab. Thanks

I followed all the instructions for the Google Calendar API and Calendar ID and entered them into the Eventer Settings API, but unfortunately, I was unable to get our Google Calendar to show up on the website.

Additionally, my Native Church theme is registered, but when I click on Eventer, it still asks for the license key, even though the plugin should already be registered through the theme.

Could you please assist me with these issues?

I bought your Native theme a little while ago. Now that I have gone to use it I’ve come across two things that are not working properly:

1. The headings used on the 3 titles on the home page are aligned correctly in Elementor but when the site is live, the headings all cram to the left side.

2. The Header Layout will not change and remains as the default despite attempting to change.

Hello.We have had this theme since 2019. Overall, it has been good, except for a few changes that your developers have made to the post editor. How do I revert back to the classic editor for all posts…new and old. We do not like the block editor. We want to use the classic editor for all posts new and old. Thank you.

We have several of your themes but have a problem…. we were looking at this theme between the two but settled on the Gaea one and accidently bought this one.

Please help, we cannot use this theme as it is totally wrong for our needs and must figure out what to do here. We cannot throw the money away you understand.

So sorry it was an honest mistake and caught is about 2 minutes after we ordered as we had other files in there and well…. been up now 20 hours and blurry eye’d hahah.

Please advise as you’re able because we must resolve this as soon as possible. We’ve got to use that money to replace for the Gaea template.

Hello, I have a question that I saw in the demo, which I am interested in purchasing the theme.

In the “Prayer Wall” section, when you click on “I PRAYED FOR THIS”, it receives an eternal message “sending” and does not count, always remaining “Prayed for 0 time”. Do you have a bug?

Do someone know how to put the logo in the header (for all pages) bigger? I seems that I can only but a static size like 35px height and 80px width. Thanks
