I’m going to ask again. As it can sometimes get overwhenling in establishing verifable truth – when delaing with operators who make basic claims.
Can you say? Does the “One Click Import” replicate verbatim the demo site – as is. Minus the actual images used?
I have read from other purchasers – that the ‘colours’ of each demo site/style are not replicated. As per the demo.
Can you give a definative answer as to how the “One Click Demo Import” is replicated?
It’s incredibly disheartening to deal with developers who over claim, and expecations are dashed and a gulf is created.
So please, if I am to seek to purchase this theme on behalf of a client, can you make it clear (from the live demo) what is it that I would display to my client, and may differ from the live demo? And what I may have to contend with in their selecting a certain layout/demo to customise?

As you can read: “Please note that Uncode’s Demo Content is based on multiple demo concepts. Therefore, even if you see a different configuration for each homepage (color, menu settings, etc), during the installation, a base configuration will be imported from which you can start your customization. In fact, unlike other themes, Uncode offers the possibility to import multiple layouts and not simple website examples of 4 or 5 pages, so there is no common configuration for all concepts that are imported.”
In short, when you import all the demos, it’s not possible to import 100+ different Theme Options (those that provide colors and menu settings), since a WordPress installation supports only one Theme Options set, so a default configuration is imported. After all, apart from a couple of cases in almost ten years where this was an insurmountable difficulty for a couple of clients, we don’t think having or not having an accent color that might be red in a demo and imported as blue is generally a problem, since all clients end up using their own colors and images.

Without looking at your site, we cannot provide anything more specific. However, what I strongly recommend is to use a cache plugin, utilize Uncode’s performance options such as Split JS and CSS, and also use Dynamic Srcset images.

Hello. Is there a “Notify me” option when a product is out of stock? Right now, when a product is out of stock, it’s also not clickable anymore, how can we make sure it’s clickable, even though if the “Notify me” option is not available? Making sure a variation remains clickable would improve the UX, otherwise customers can’t click the other color variation when a size is out of stock from 1 color variation, they would have to check other size attributes options and then only is the color variation clickable.
Hi officialjduarte! We’re not sure we understand what you’re saying; perhaps you could share the link. In any case, unless you’re using plugins, all of this is native WooCommerce behavior, and there is nothing in Uncode that modifies the native behavior of WooCommerce for these things.

Apparently, by default WooCommerce disables the variations that are out of stock (grays them out, makes them more transparent) – I want to keep that same styling of graying out / making more transparent. But, they still need to remain clickable.
Hi officialjduarte! Unfortunately, we cannot change the way this works. We rely on WooCommerce features for this, so WooCommerce itself is what does this. It’s not the theme. It is apparently possible to click on variations if it is out of stock, though. I don’t know if it is possible in your case, and we couldn’t find the reason why it goes that way with us. Hi Praevaryn! There is no method to automatically decrease the button size when they split into two lines. Unfortunately, CSS doesn’t provide a way to detect the specific breaking point at which these buttons no longer fit within their available space.

I am trying to add a pop-up link to the team members within a grid on an existing installation. I have installed Popup Maker, but it does not work. It also does not work when I set it as a custom link in the individual block. Is this even possible and, if so, how? I could not find anything about this in the support section or Facebook user group. Opening a pop-up from the page is no problem… But with Teammembers …
This is crucial for me, because otherwise I will have to switch to a different theme, which I would prefer not to do.

TBH I have tried this theme before, as an eager beaver but with not much success. The content import was not consistent in my experiences, and the theme was sluggish overall. Which I did not believe was due to my hosting provider.
You kindly, rightly, invoked a refund.
I envisage the speed and other issues prior have been improved.
My Q prior to any retry of the solution is… in one installation is it possible to use varying layouts (i.e theme implimentations of another design) within the one site install? And no, I don’t mean recreating as such via the wireframing system, I mean navigating to from one theme/design/page implimentation to another? For instance, one theme/design/implimention may have a better portfolio display, than another–and which may be desirable to use. If you get my drift.
