I have a couple of questions regarding the licensing of the Porto theme:

1. I intend to create two identical websites, each with its own domain. Would this setup require two separate licenses, or is there a way to manage this under a single license?

2. If two licenses are required, may I kindly ask if there are any discounts available for purchasing multiple licenses, and if it would be possible to request support for just one of the domains?

Hi Porto, Sorry now I saw this message now. I arranged disconnecting the wp-Rocket. I don’t know if there is any miss syncronization with Porto. Or if you have any news. I still have deactivated wp-Rocket.

Now is working fine and ok visualization of images.

Hey why can’t I find Header or Single Product page of Shop 53 in Porto Studio for download? I have Shop up and running and wanted to gradually add Shop 53’s looks but there are only a few modules of Main Page available.

We currently do not have the complete Shop 53 page available in the studio, but several modules are present and the page is still under development. The remaining modules will be added in the near future. In the meantime, you can install the theme on a local or test site and import the specific demo there. From that setup, you can copy the page or styles to your live site as needed. Please note that the shop page settings are not limited to the page itself—you can also find related configurations under Porto > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Archives.

The favicon appears differently on Google. The favicon I set on my site appears correctly when I visit the site, but it appears incorrectly in Google results. What can I do?

If you have the “Progressive Web Apps For WP” plugin installed on your site, please go to the plugin settings under Setup and update the icons there as well. Additionally, ensure that your favicon is correctly set from Porto > Theme Options > Logo.

Here are a few important things to keep in mind:

- Google caches favicons
It’s common for Google’s search results to show an outdated favicon, as Google caches and serves favicons from its own servers. This may cause a delay or discrepancy between what you see on your website and what appears in search results.

- Ensure your favicon is crawlable
Google must be able to access your favicon file. Test your favicon URL directly in a browser, and use Google Search Console > URL Inspection to verify that it can be crawled.

- Request reindexing in Google Search Console
To encourage Google to update the favicon, go to URL Inspection in Search Console, enter your homepage URL, and click Request Indexing.

- Allow time for changes to take effect
Even after making updates, Google may take several days or weeks to reflect the new favicon in search results.

- Follow Google’s favicon guidelines
Make sure your favicon:

Is at least 48×48 pixels

Is in a valid format (PNG, ICO, or SVG)

Is accessible to Googlebot

Following these steps will increase the likelihood that your updated favicon is correctly displayed in Google search results.

Hello,

Since updating to version 7.5, the Porto Functionality plugin has stopped working. I receive the following error message:

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Invalid archive structure. Plugin not activated. A higher version of Porto Functionality is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

This issue persists even if I roll back to an older version or completely delete and reinstall the theme.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Is there a way to hide the Porto Functionality new version notification in the administration (The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Porto Functionality. ) ?

It is really annoying and clicking X isn’t really hiding it. Upon refresh we have it again. I have those on all my Porto websites…

So far I did it with CSS but this solution will only make the screen flicker up and down upon refresh…

If you’d like to remove these notifications entirely, you can do so using custom code or a third-party plugin that best fits your needs.

Yes, you can replace your current footer with any other demo footer on your site. To do this, go to Porto > Template Builder > Footer and create a new footer. Then, use the Porto Studio feature to import a pre-built footer. After saving your changes, navigate to Porto > Page Layouts to assign the new footer and set the appropriate display conditions.
