I’ve double-checked the screenshot and you’re right — that section isn’t currently available in Porto Studio. However, it may be included in a future update of the theme.

In the meantime, you can import the Marketing demo on a test site and easily copy the section from there to your live site.

I noticed that WooCommerce 9.5 has introduced an SEO-related enhancement: “Enhancement – Use product name as fallback alt text in product gallery” GitHub PR: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/51936 Official blog post: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2024/11/13/woocommerce-9-5-pre-release-updates/

Thank you for your response. However, I find it a bit contradictory and would appreciate some clarification.

You mentioned that if the feature is a default WooCommerce function, it should work seamlessly with Porto. But at the same time, you suggested submitting a feature request to have it integrated into the theme.

Could you please confirm:

Does the Porto theme override the default WooCommerce product gallery templates?

If yes, is the new fallback alt text functionality (introduced in WooCommerce 9.5) already implemented in Porto’s gallery output?

If not, would you consider officially supporting it in a future update?

Porto provides custom-built functionality of the single product page where you can use the element to show the single product image with gallery, so yes, for that we customized the default gallery a bit, and in my last reply, I mean to say that, if that new functionality is the default WooCommerce functionality then it should work fine with our theme as well and if it has to to be integrated separately in the theme then you should write it as a feature request,

I’m under GDPR regulations. Will you be open to signing the data processing agreement in order to provide support inside my WooCommerce store? With access to dashboard you have access to user data, and in Europe this requires simple data processing agreement to be signed.

Hi, I’m having multiple issues after installing the Porto theme and selecting a demo:

My product images now appear blurry, even though they were sharp before. I’ve tried adjusting WooCommerce image sizes, but nothing seems to help. Can you please explain how to fix this?

The product page layout doesn’t match the demo I selected at all — it looks broken or unfinished. I expected the layout and styling to match the demo design, but it looks completely off.

Overall, I was hoping for a smooth setup, but the process has been confusing and not beginner-friendly at all.

Can you provide a clear guide or video on how to:

Hi, I’m currently using the Porto theme with WooCommerce, and I’ve encountered a serious issue.

After installing the theme and selecting a demo design, all of my variable products were converted into simple products. I had dozens of products with variations (sizes, colors, etc.), and now they are all showing as individual simple products with no variations.

I didn’t expect the theme install to alter my existing product types. I only wanted to apply the design/layout — not overwrite or reset product structures.

Can you please clarify:

Why did this happen?

Is there a way to recover my variable product data?

What’s the correct process to import demo designs only without affecting existing WooCommerce products?

This error occurs when your heading hierarchy (h1, h2, h3, etc.) doesn’t follow a logical, sequential order. Looking at your site (superforma.net), I can see the issue in the PageSpeed Insights report.

How to Fix This Issue:

1. Maintain Proper Heading Hierarchy:

Your headings should follow this structure:

h1 (main page title) → h2 (section headings) → h3 (subsections) → h4 (and so on)

2. Specific Issues on Your Site:

- From the screenshot, it appears you have: - An h4 heading appearing before an h3 - Possibly some headings skipping levels

3. Recommended Fixes:

- Ensure your main page title is h1 (I see you have this correctly) - All major sections should be h2 - Subsections under each h2 should be h3 - Don’t skip heading levels (e.g., don’t go from h2 directly to h4)

Just to inform you that the latest update to the theme has broken accordions working on mobile devices. I’m not sure if you’re aware of this but is it possible to get a hot fix ?

With the latest update, you cannot click to open or click to close if it’s set to open the first one by default – I have tried a number of fixes but none work. Could this please be patched asap if possible or a fix given to save time in the meantime please as it breaks functionality?

Hi Porto, Sorry now I saw this message now. I arranged disconnecting the wp-Rocket. I don’t know if there is any miss syncronization with Porto. Or if you have any news. I still have deactivated wp-Rocket.

Hey why can’t I find Header or Single Product page of Shop 53 in Porto Studio for download? I have Shop up and running and wanted to gradually add Shop 53’s looks but there are only a few modules of Main Page available.

We currently do not have the complete Shop 53 page available in the studio, but several modules are present and the page is still under development. The remaining modules will be added in the near future. In the meantime, you can install the theme on a local or test site and import the specific demo there. From that setup, you can copy the page or styles to your live site as needed. Please note that the shop page settings are not limited to the page itself—you can also find related configurations under Porto > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Archives.
