Hi team – Blog post comments do not show. They show as a published comment in the back end but do not display under the blog posts as expected.
To expand on this, after further troubleshooting, it appears to be a conflict with WooCommerce. With WooCommerce disabled, the comments are visible; when WooCommerce is enabled, they are not. Hopefully, as WooCommerce is one of the bundled plugins required to support the sale of jobs, a fix can be organised/. Thank you
Hi, I can’t really see how WooCommerce could affect blog posts. Maybe you use jetpack or some third part plugin that overwrite comment system in WordPress or you just have comments disabled for unlogged users or something like that in WP General settings?
Hey mate – no, it’s a clean install. As soon as I disable woocommerce the comments appear I only have the bundled plugins activated, nothing else.

Yes that’s not an issue you can block access to resumes or just don’t publish them and you still will have access from wordpress dashboard

Google Capcha on job applications is enabled but there is no code added to the site for that form. I think this is a bug please can you confirm

It means what it says, you can install version that comes with theme but if you will need auto updates for all WPJM addons you will need own license.

I think you must be using outdated or not official version of theme because it works fine on latest version.
I keep getting “update failed, package not there’ or something… I can’t manually update it either, for some reason. Work arounds? Or should i do a fresh install, and risk losing all my customisations?

We are planning to create a platform using your theme. However, our focus would be on connecting individuals who are looking for caregivers (e.g., for dependents, elderly, pets) with care providers, rather than on businesses.
Both care seekers and caregivers would be able to post their listings for free, so we wouldn’t be using a subscription-based model. Our monetization strategy would be to take a commission on each completed service.
Would it be possible to adapt your theme for this purpose to suit our needs?

Such feature is not available but it is on roadmap
Do you expect this to be implemented soon? I think this functionality is crucial, as otherwise, users would conclude their agreements independently, and the platform would clearly become a mere mediator, losing out on potential benefits.

The thing is that when a customer orders a free CV package (0.00€), they do not send the order and an error pops up saying that you cannot add the product to the cart – even though it is added there. It only does this for items for 0.00€. This is the only problem I have with the theme and I do not want to buy support again because I think it is just some small thing on your part. I’m developing a Europe-based service marketplace (covering both digital and physical services like construction), and I’m evaluating [Stripe Connect / Mono / MANGOPAY] to handle payments and payouts.
I want to confirm whether the following setup is supported:
Only the platform (me) has a direct account with your service — end users (clients or providers) do not need to create their own Stripe/Mono accounts.
Clients can pay via card or bank transfer without leaving my platform or registering externally.
Freelancers/service providers can submit payout details and complete KYC inside my platform, fully white-labeled.
Funds are held until service completion and then automatically paid out, with the platform commission deducted.
I’m looking for a seamless, PSD2-compliant solution with minimal friction for local users, especially those unfamiliar with complex platforms.
Is this workflow supported? And which integration method (e.g., Custom Accounts or white-label API) do you recommend?

Hi, Yes unless you won’t be using stripe split payment feature. It’s ts technically not possible to automatically split payments using other methods. You will have to make payouts manually. We don’t have KYC form but I don’t think it’s complicated to do using even contact form 7.
Thank you for your reply. One last thing, is it also possible to chose different payment structure for jobs or services. For example hourly rate for some jobs, and fixed rate for other jobs. Or perhaps if the jobs requires additional things that need to be done after how can client charge the customer in this situation.
