I’m having a problem when trying to insert any block from “UDesign Studio.” I get an alert saying: “Security issue found! Please try again later.”
How can this be resolved?
I’ve already resolved it. It was just a matter of re-entering the purchase code since I migrated the folder from a test environment to a production environment.
However, I have Elementor version 3.28.4. If I try to update Elementor, the editor automatically stops working and displays an editor error.

I bought your theme, and I’m trying to edit the footer, for example, and the site just keeps loading and won’t open.
But if I deactivate the UDesign Core plugin it opens, but obviously without design and it opens badly.
What can I do?

This is the block set on the shop page. To change the image, you need to edit the block. You can do this by navigating to Udesign >> Templates >> Block Builder. Look for the block used on the shop page, typically named “Shop Page Block” or “Page Header.”
Edit this block with Elementor and change the image there.

WooCommerce GST & QST Tax Setup Guide for Quebec, Canada
Follow these steps to configure your WooCommerce store to calculate and display both GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) taxes correctly for customers in Quebec.
1. Enable Taxes in WooCommerce
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Settings > General.
- Check the box labeled
Enable taxes and tax calculations. - Click Save changes.
2. Set Up Tax Classes
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes.
- Under Additional tax classes, add a new tax class named
QST(orTPS/TVQ). - Click Save changes.
3. Add Tax Rates
GST (Federal Tax)
- In the Taxes tab, click on Standard rates.
- Click Insert row.

U-design core is blocking elementor from loading. I deactivated all plugins and it is the reason. I have everything full updated. Never mind i didnt see the answer above

For some reason the website I have stops working when UDesign Core Plugin or the theme itself needs an update. I have installed another plugin to auto update all plugins and themes. Easy Update Manager plugin even though sometimes do not update the plugin. When someone reaches out about the website being down, I have to then go in to dashboard manually and update the plugin and it gets back to working. What can you advice on this? I want to get another license for the theme, but want this to be working and do not want 2 of the websites I have to not be working if this issue is not fixed.
- Also to suggest here that previously I had this as a standalone website. Now I have it as a multisite and want to add another website with the same theme instead of getting another theme for this other website.

In our suggestion, please do not set the auto update for the theme and plugins. You should do update the theme and plugins when it required, otherwise, with the auto update, the theme and plugins are not compatible with the latest versions of the 3rd party plugins that are used and recommended to install with the theme. So it is the best practice to update the theme and plugins manually always.
Yes, you can use the same license or theme for the multisite as well. You can easily add the new site and activate the theme.

I had to find and install an auto updater since the website layout always got broken or blocked when you had an update released for the theme. I had to disable all plugins through FTP then to enter dashboard to update the theme and reactivate all plugins. When you release a Udesign Core update, dashboard was accessible but the website was not. It cannot be manually tracked all the time. However I am uncertain that when you release another update, if the website will still be functional after that or not..! Thus the query.

Can you confirm if the previously registered domain was for payserv.ro?
Also I activated it for my “dev” subdomain since the site is currently in development. I assume I won’t have an issue have the license cover both main domain, and the subdomain?
And are the essential-grid and slider-revolution plugins covered (with a license) by the theme? Or do we have to purchase separate licenses to use those plugins?
Ok, so I am stuck. Elementor does not want to load. I am getting a null error when it wants to load the Default Kit. Checking the kits, I have none. Should they not be installed by theme or elementor plugin? How do I fix this?

Unfortunately, I don’t see any blocks or designs from the “Business Consulting 6” demo in the Udesign Studio library. I’ve installed another demo, which, based on the design, is what we want. However, I want a couple of blocks from another demo, but they don’t exist anywhere. The documentation you sent me doesn’t mention anything about importing blocks or designs from other demos.
The only thing we see is installing the demo, but it involves damaging or erasing our previous work.
Caution: We recommend removing the installed demo before importing a new demo.

Hi, we cannot add Project Images in a single project. We save them, but nothing is saved. Moreover, I cannot find where the project images should be displayed in the single project view. It’s crucial that each project can have multiple images, otherwise the theme is useless for many sectors.

How do you change the font size for the dropdown menu on mobile ? I created a mobile menu and assigned it. I am in mobile view for editing and now I added 30px to the font size under default typography.

The layout of the single service page comes from the blocks. Navigate to the Dashboard >> UDESIGN >> Layouts >> All Templates >> From there, edit the block with Elementor.
It will open like this: https://postimg.cc/p5yJ8w2w. Now, all the content in this block uses Elementor’s static widgets. Like (Image, Heading, text, etc.) in these widgets, we added dummy content, which is why on all the single services pages, the same content appears.
So you have to set the dynamic widgets for the single page. These are the dynamic widgets See image: https://postimg.cc/Mf8zjSbT
On the other static widgets, you can use them as dynamic widgets like this: https://postimg.cc/CdY11Gv4
With the help of these widgets/dynamic tags, you can show the content of the services you added by editing them on the single service page.
