That extra blank space can be from an ad that is rendering on the website but not displayed.

Please make sure you clear all cache and that no cache is applied when you are logged in. Also, make sure that the theme is not conflicting with an additional plugin (or, if you are using a child theme, please set the main theme and check it to see if the problem persists).

It will be need to use the inspector and see from here is coming the H1, it is possible to have the logo element in more places and the h1 is not disabled (check on header, footer, mobile header and also on stick menus if you are using).

That issue can have a few causes. The most common ones are plugin conflicts, or security/firewall restrictions from plugins or from the hosting. The error means that the theme cannot connect from your website to ours and verify the key. But as a first suggestion, please reset the theme activation from here -> https://prnt.sc/V8_hOcCwTdiF and then activate it again. For displaying a newsletter you can use other plugins, or just add the embed code of the form in a HTML element in the composer. Most newsletter providers offer form builders on their side, so the forms can be built there and then embedded in the website in the locations you want. But I’m not sure what the content block for article sections is exactly. Could you mention a few more details about it?

Hello, in the sense that it behaves like Thrive Leads and similar, that you can “hide” a partial part of a content, post, page etc, with the newsletter subscription and user registration. The content lock function. I hope it is clear. Thanks
That is possible through our subscription plugin. Our plugin provides a couple of lockers that can be used inside the post content, the section locker and the partial locker, please check this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/ So you can if you want hide parts of the post content via a locker. Some demos have a few demo ads, others don’t. You can place ads anywhere you want however, using ad boxes https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/ These can be placed in the header, content, footer, post templates, category templates, etc. The ad box supports ad codes, or you can use simple images with links. Please try it.

Is there a way without editing the CSS to change the shape of the image displayed in the Woo product block. Currently its set to a square shape and i am trying to display full sized images of books but can’t seem to find how to change it in the settings.

Newspaper is more of a multipurpose theme, and it does have a few features for videos, like video posts https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-video-popup-sticky-video-features/ and video embed elements. So it’s possible to create videos with featured videos from YouTube, and to embed videos basically anywhere you want.

It will be a bit more complicated, because it will require working with custom post types, taxonomies, custom fields. The ACF plugin can be used for creating these. Then the theme can be used to create the pages and templates. Depending on the complexity, it will still take some work to create such a website. This type of problem often occurs when using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin or a mobile-specific page template. These options generate entirely separate content for mobile devices rather than relying on a responsive layout. In such cases, it’s important to either:
Use a caching plugin that can generate and deliver separate caches for different viewports (desktop vs. mobile), or disable the Mobile Theme plugin, or unassign the mobile page template and use the responsive version of the theme instead.

You need to set the article categories for each block on your website, select the block and use the filter tab to choose the desired category. Similar to the first step, go to the block settings where you can adjust the number of articles, apply filters, and sort them as needed. From what I see, the thumbnails for the block were not created properly. Normally when uploading images in the media library the theme will create the thumbs it needs for various blocks. I suggest regenerating the thumbnails if possible, please try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ Then the theme should use the correct thumbs. But if maybe you are adding images on the website by other means, like uploading them by FTP, the theme won’t be able to create thumbs from them.

In a single post of a sub category, posts of the parent category are not visible in the related posts. How can this be shown?

A block set to display related articles in the post template like this https://prnt.sc/VI2FCVsWF2jS will display posts that have at least one category in common with the current post, sorted by the method set for the block, by default its latest posts.
