After clicking on the “Create Account” button, there is no confirmation message or visual feedback to indicate that the action was successful. This leaves the user confused and unsure whether the account was created. When the user clicks the button again, it shows an error saying the email ID is already registered. This creates a frustrating experience and needs immediate attention.
The same issue occurs during login/sign-in. After clicking the “Sign In” button, there is a noticeable delay before redirection. Since there is no loading indicator or message during this time, users are left wondering if their click registered at all, leading to repeated clicks and further confusion.

You can see for yourself that the one-click activation did not work as expected. Additionally, the implementation of the Accelerator is causing issues with user redirection. This problem has already been reported to you earlier.
Let me correct you, I tested this twice, the first email had outdated email so in video that is accidentally clicked. You can test it , it works flawless.
I have already shared the fix with you for the accelerator, if you include more plugins to be loaded in WordPress in accelerator there is no point of using an accelerator at all. WordPress is already bloated that it loads every single plugin in every single page, our accelerator is removing the plugins from wordpress loading sequence.

No, there is no such requirement, only for realtime updates in the app we recommend this. Otherwise the same effect can be achieved by drag and refresh feature, the firebase automatically refreshes the app making the app more realtime.

a latest guide must be available to set the “prevent simultaneous login” specially guide for setting up the firebase project and extracting keys to enter in the fields of vibe-bp firebase settings.

Hello. I would like to receive proper support, not a shifting of responsibility onto someone else. I purchased your template and installed it on a new, clean hosting environment. The template is functioning poorly and incorrectly — this has been confirmed by the specialist responding to the support tickets. However, they are not offering any real solutions or steps to resolve the issue.
The only thing they mentioned is that the problem might be related to the hosting. They also claimed that no one else is experiencing this issue — but this kind of response is not acceptable to me. I don’t care whether others have the same problem or not; I care about the fact that the template is not working properly for me.
It has already been a full day since the last response from support, and once again, no solution was offered. I expect my issue to be resolved. I paid for your product and I want it to work as intended.
yes we are aware of this ticket. While I understand it might at first seem like this but to confirm the same we switched the theme to TwentyTwentyFive and the issues with Elementor persist which confirms this is not a theme issue. If you’ve been following the ticket, we gave you a customised child theme to override some of the issues which I can now confirm come from the hosting. Kindly update on the ticket and we can continue the conversation and resolve this.
Hi team! is there any option to disable the display of all members in groups component of student dashboard? there must be an option to let the admin choose to show or hide the member list and activities under “Batch Tab” . Also there is button to view the batch “View as Public” which show the information as number of members, group creation date, type, members list etc. When we use your LMS system for the e-learning platform, there may be huge security risk due to these information open to all.

Hi, I have already purchased your Tutorly theme, and I am now planning to buy WPLMS to combine the plugins from both platforms into a single website.
My idea is to install WPLMS as the main theme on my site and then add the booking plugin and all other Tutorly plugins.

Yes it is absolutely possible, we will help you but you need to pick up a base theme, WPLMS or Tutorly, or any other. the plugins vibebp + wplms + appointments + projects they all work under the same platform ( we use it on our sites ).

The following issue is due to enabling the “Improve REST API Performance” option, which I had already reported 10 days ago:
“Please note: User login redirection has suddenly stopped working. After logging in, users are being redirected to the homepage instead of the dashboard. The setting under WP Admin > LMS > Settings > User Login & Registration Settings is correctly configured to redirect to the dashboard, and it was functioning properly until a few days ago.”

The fix you expect would include the huge Wplms plugin into the loading stack while validating the JWT which is unnecessary and annuls our performance optimiser which is selectively loading plugins in to the WP stack for each api call.

3. Thanks for sharing this, even if the javascript timer is compromised the backend would not accept any submission done with the timer as validations happen in the backend on submission of the quiz. But yes, this is a valid case, we’re checking more on this and updating.
