You need to enable AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Add to cart.

I would like to ask if the Woodmart theme includes any kind of search analytics functionality – for example, tracking what users are searching for and how often.
If not, would it be possible to integrate Ajax Search Pro with the theme to achieve this? Or could you please recommend the best way to set up search statistics or track user search behavior while using Woodmart?

With Woocommerce 9.9.3, there is a bug that shows up in the Woo Logs.
Source: wc_get_related_products
Error: Invalid limit type passed to wc_get_related_products. Expected integer, got string with value: “8”
Error appears in the single log file every time a product on the site is opened. We did not get this with the previous Woo version. Is it a theme issue?
Also, some Templates need updating.

I’m experiencing an issue with the variation image swatches on the product page. On mobile devices, when I try to scroll down the page and my finger touches a swatch to start the scroll, the variation changes unintentionally.
This creates a bad user experience. Is there a way to fix this behavior, perhaps with JavaScript or another method?
if I select the “Change product image on attribute click” from the attributes it doesn’t help :/
also with the “Scroll to top on variation select [mobile]” it goes on a infinite loop .. I can not go do on the page if I scroll I have to avoid the “wd-swatches-product wd-swatches-singl” div section .. please give a solution to this

No visible text for screen readers
This leads to accessibility errors such as: Ensure every ARIA button, link and menuitem has an accessible name.
These are flagged by tools like Lighthouse, axe-core, and WAVE, and appear to be a violation of WCAG 2.1 – Success Criterion 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
Can you please let me know how to fix this issue using your current version of the theme?
Is there any recommended way to ensure that each swatch has a valid accessible name for screen readers, possibly by using the attribute term name?

Perfect, because I worked alot to make your theme WCAG compliant adding code in function.php and override part of your theme by Child theme, but if you finally make it WCAG compliant will be Amazing.

I’m trying to change the breakpoint at which the menu switches to the mobile version. I couldn’t find an option for this in the Theme Options, and I haven’t had success locating the needed CSS either.
Could you please provide the CSS needed to make the mobile menu appear at an earlier breakpoint (e.g., @media (min-width: 1177px))?

Hi, In fact I bought 4 licences and I mus renew my support for something that is not working correcly? Good theme but bad support, I install the theme again but without the prebuilt website and it works, meaning the issue is with the prebuilt website. I don’t thx you for this kind of stingy answer…

I don’t have the issue now as I didn’t use the prebuilt website, it was the one called “Shaders slider” and with the theme’s last version

Actually, you can find it with another name – “Distortion slider”.
It’s the same prebuilt with 2 different names and it’s not working so you should fix it or remove it from the templates

I am receiving the following error message: “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.” I have reinstalled my site from scratch to refresh it, but I am unable to activate the theme. After the last update the Slider (any slider in Elementor) doesn’t work, in a sense that the arrows are unclickable and it doesn’t automatically move to the next slide. Also, some 3rd party plugins which use similar sliders like ADS PRO, have broken slider with the theme active.
Changing the theme to Storefront makes the slider working again.
It could be a bug in the theme or potential conflict with a plugin.
I have tested in both my VPS and Local environment.
I have tried disabling most of the plugins and it hasn’t solved anything. I have disabled all the settings in the performance tab. I have disabled all caching and file optimization (css, js or html).
