Hello xtemos support team. I’ve a question I bought the woodmart theme a few days a go, and I need to do some customization in the Gutenberg block source code. I searched for these files on the theme and plugin directory and couldn’t find it. So could you please provide access to the Gutenberg jsx code so I can do the customizations I need. Thank you.

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, the development version of the Gutenberg block is not available. We recommend you create your own custom blocks instead of overriding our theme’s blocks.

I found bug for group product: Unable to add to cart from bottom sticky one

issues showing here:
I have created group product and group single product page doesn’t have below all the classes and that’s why on each click on Quick add to cart from bottom of page throwing an errors.

So this is bug as i have deactivated all the plugins except:

I need your help with step by step how i can make that a 3-tier hierarchical view for projects in my Woodmart theme:
Layer 1 (Company Categories):
Display only company logos/images (no sub-projects visible initially).
Example: Grid of company logos.
Layer 2 (Subcategory Projects):
Clicking a company logo reveals its sub-projects.
Each sub-project displays one representative photo (not a full gallery).
Critical: Photos must link to individual sub-project detail pages.
Layer 3 (Project Detail):
Full project details: Gallery, description, quantity, and custom fields.
Where I’m Stuck: The theme defaults to showing all projects/categories on one page.
I need Layer 1 to hide sub-projects until the parent company is selected.
Layer 2 requires a custom grid showing only one photo per sub-project (not standard WooCommerce layouts).
Requested Solution: Please provide:
Custom code snippets or filters to:
Isolate Layer 1 (parent categories only).
Modify Layer 2 to show single-image subcategory thumbnails.
Guidance on linking subcategory thumbnails directly to detail pages.
A way to preserve this hierarchy in Woodmart’s theme settings.

Key Notes for Support: Hierarchy Logic: Layer 1 (Companies) → Layer 2 (Sub-Projects) → Layer 3 (Single Project).
Visual Separation: Layer 2 must show one image per sub-project (not full project data).
Linking: Sub-project images in Layer 2 should directly open their Layer 3 detail pages.
i trayed to usedCPT UI , and ACF but this need pro license and not working with me , and trayed to use free : ( pods plugin ) and make archive post for every layer with elementor pro and every thing working but relation not working i trayed to make deep searching and videos and search with ai but cant make change for click and relations between the layer

Multicurrency plugins occurs multiple problems like (side cart, cart page 500, menu cart total, etc.). This was tested with multiple multi-currency plugins like FOX, WP WHAM etc. Of course we need to talk with multi-currency developers but its strange that all of them occurs 500 error with Woodmart.
Don’t get me wrong. I have multiple licence on Woodmart and also I provide hundreds of licence to my customers on their name. It’s the best theme on market, but when they cover everything, it gets harder to solve problems. Not enough space for patches lol.

You might want to check your mobile display issue none of the products show in mobile view desktop is OK I had to abort the use of the theme as it was on all imported demos i tried.

Hi, I’m facing an issue with the abandoned cart feature in the WoodMart theme.
When I try to view the cart content of an abandoned cart, it shows a “There has been a critical error on this website” message. Everything else on the site is working fine.

I am unable to register on the Xtemos site. When I try to register, I receive the error message: “Purchase code is already in use.”
When I attempt to reset my password, it states that a password has been sent via email, but I have not received it.
I have not registered on the site yet.
The purpose of registering is to log a ticket regarding the following issue: we are currently facing a problem where the attribute swatches reset to their default settings a few minutes after we make changes.

Purchased the theme eventually but having issues importing prebuilt websites with the following error message: “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

You need to enable AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Add to cart.

With Woocommerce 9.9.3, there is a bug that shows up in the Woo Logs.
Source: wc_get_related_products
Error: Invalid limit type passed to wc_get_related_products. Expected integer, got string with value: “8”
Error appears in the single log file every time a product on the site is opened. We did not get this with the previous Woo version. Is it a theme issue?
Also, some Templates need updating.

I’m experiencing an issue with the variation image swatches on the product page. On mobile devices, when I try to scroll down the page and my finger touches a swatch to start the scroll, the variation changes unintentionally.
This creates a bad user experience. Is there a way to fix this behavior, perhaps with JavaScript or another method?
if I select the “Change product image on attribute click” from the attributes it doesn’t help :/
also with the “Scroll to top on variation select [mobile]” it goes on a infinite loop .. I can not go do on the page if I scroll I have to avoid the “wd-swatches-product wd-swatches-singl” div section .. please give a solution to this
