For me the title is displayed over the image https://prnt.sc/MUqvYTUtGLSx In your screenshot the title seems to be missing. I believe you are using auto ads. But even so, this type of ads doesn’t usually appear in strange locations. Do these ads cause such problems often? If so, I think there is a way to exclude certain areas from displaying ads, like mentioned in this article https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/12626543?hl=en From the theme there is no way to control where auto ads appear.

Hi, Can I ask why the black background in the footer of the specific page like my About page is not extending while it’s working on the other page? The default setting is Stretched row and 1400px content, I tried all the settings but still not stretching the background.

There must be a reason why that happens. If its the same footer template it should display the same everywhere. Besides setting the favicon there isn’t much else that yo could do. It may take some time before it appears in the search results, or in some cases it may not appear at all. It is up to google. Usually google picks it up however, but it would be best to make sure the favicon is created according to the recommendations https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/favicon-in-search And there should be only 1 favicon loaded on the website, I suggest checking in the page source.

I’m experiencing a problem with the Partial Locker feature. When I add the tagDiv Partial Locker block in the Gutenberg editor, the locked content completely disappears on the frontend, including the locker interface itself. Nothing is shown at all.

Does the points system for the paywall in your Free newspaper theme support or is compatible with plugins like mycred or Gamipress(it’s also a point system plugin)?

If you are referring to the subscription https://forum.tagdiv.com/subscriptions/ system if is compatible with other plugins, this as not tested with the mentioned plugins, but most probably if those are extra payments system it will not work.

I believe that there is a misunderstanding, the option you are looking in the theme panel was from a banner for custom work that was displayed only on backend, if you want to remove the ads from website you’ll need to check in using tagDiv Composer the ad box elements from the website https://i.imgur.com/YtBfNRq.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/

hello, there is always blank in my site, even how many times I try to reset style, it always appear. Even the blank only occur on Edge and I never see it on Chrome or other Chromium-based browers.

That extra blank space can be from an ad that is rendering on the website but not displayed.

Please make sure you clear all cache and that no cache is applied when you are logged in. Also, make sure that the theme is not conflicting with an additional plugin (or, if you are using a child theme, please set the main theme and check it to see if the problem persists).

It will be need to use the inspector and see from here is coming the H1, it is possible to have the logo element in more places and the h1 is not disabled (check on header, footer, mobile header and also on stick menus if you are using).

If I’m checking the right website, I see the mobile logo is the only h1 in the page https://prnt.sc/McIE0spN45L- If you want to deactivate it and maybe use another h1, please click on the mobile logo in the composer and disable it https://prnt.sc/TQBIaxtKdUlc Then you can use a different one somewhere else.

That issue can have a few causes. The most common ones are plugin conflicts, or security/firewall restrictions from plugins or from the hosting. The error means that the theme cannot connect from your website to ours and verify the key. But as a first suggestion, please reset the theme activation from here -> https://prnt.sc/V8_hOcCwTdiF and then activate it again. In case the issue remains, we can take a look as well, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login (user and pass).
