I would like to bring to your attention a performance issue we are experiencing with the advanced search form. Specifically, loading and selecting cities in the location filter causes significant browser slowdown, especially given the large number of cities involved (approximately 7,889 cities loaded at once in the <select> dropdown).
This large data load results in high browser resource usage (CPU and memory), making the user experience sluggish when selecting a state and then a city.
Could you please advise if there is a way to improve this process, such as:
Loading cities dynamically via AJAX based on the selected state,
Or any other method to reduce the client-side load and make the search faster and more efficient?
For context, I am hosting a website for a client who purchased the Houzez theme, and they have reported this issue during usage.

Hello, I’d like to make an important suggestion to improve the agent search functionality.
It would be ideal if, when filling out their information, agents could select their location from a dropdown list or via Google integration (autocomplete or Google Maps). Additionally, in the agent search feature, it would be very useful to locate agents directly through an interactive map like Google Maps or a similar tool.
Currently, adding cities to the system has to be done manually one by one. This becomes very inefficient if you want to include all the cities in a country. Why not allow importing this information through a CSV file? This would greatly streamline the process and save time.
Lastly, I’d like to point out that this issue directly affects the visibility of verified agents. The verification becomes almost useless if, due to this limitation, many users choose not to display the list of agents, since every time a new one is added, you have to manually update their city to make them visible in the search. This is a major structural flaw that limits the scalability of the platform.

I’ve searched through the theme options and documentation, but I couldn’t find any setting that allows me to change the map’s language.

I’ve noticed an issue on the standalone login/register page. When I click the “Register” button, the link redirects to:

The #register-form-tab hash appears in the URL, but the registration tab doesn’t open automatically.This behavior comes directly from the Houzez theme and hasn’t been modified by me.
