Hi, I really love this theme and I plan to get it. But before I purchase, I just want to ask… Which builder works best for the theme. I know you mentioned that both Elementor and WP Bakery, but which one works best.

I would like to ask how I can achieve the light/dark effect for individual slides, as shown on this example: https://ohio.clbthemes.com/fullscreen-slider-shortcode/ For instance, slide 01 appears as light and slide 02 as dark.

Hi, for all the demos, I can only see Import for WPBakery, and no longer see Import for Elementor button, why is this happening?

Update: Fixed by updating the Demo Importer plugin.

I see that Ohio currently has a great starting point and has great potential to become one of the most visually beautiful themes (UI) for online stores.

Quick question regarding licencing. I need to build a new website for a client on a temporary domain to minimise downtime on their main domain. When I activate the licence on the temporary domain, will it carry over when I transfer the site to the main domain? Or is there a licence manager somewhere where I’ll need to change this?

Hi. We use ‘Ohio’ on our company website and we have to say that it is one of the best solutions you can get here.

But there is probably one bug that could be improved – alternatively, please give us a hint on how to solve it. When you set a video (e.g. a Youtube video) as the cover of a single project in the portfolio, everything works fine on the desktop – but in the mobile version the video doesn’t display at all.

Is this a real problem or are we doing something wrong? Or is this simply not possible in the mobile version? Thanks for the hints, as we no longer have support.

Hello Team at Ohio,  I have used your product was very satisfied but recently my website is not working correctly and most the of features arent working and my site is in terrible condition. I get a new email about technical issues everyday. Most of the important pages are not working or removed completely.  I believe the issue is with Bakery not being updated from your end and therefore the rest of the plugins are not working. Hi,

I use Custom Fonts, and they are read perfectly by all browsers but specifically only 1 of the 6 is displayed by Chrome but not by Safari and Firefox (which uses its own default font).

But I set them correctly in Theme Settings > Typography > General.

From settings I also tried to load it again but nothing.

I noticed that if I go directly to where the text is on the page and use “Cunstom Font” and set the font there, then everything works perfectly.

So I can infer that in Theme Settings (so Ohio Extra) > Font it does not take the font that I set in Body Typography.

Since this happened after I updated to the new version of the theme and therefore to Ohio Extra 3.5.5.

Note: WPBakery Page Builder does not update to 8.4.1 for me too.

Please help.

Hello support, the theme is really very nice, congratulations! However, we have encountered a significant bug in the handling of news items marked as “highlighted”. When activating the flag to highlight a news item, the most recently published news item disappears from the page. This behaviour is not correct: the most recent news item should remain visible, simply by positioning itself below the highlighted one. The problem seems to be proportional to the number of highlighted news items: if two news items are highlighted, the last two published disappear, and so on. It would be important to solve this bug as soon as possible.

Basically the backgroudn movie have a left white space. From what I understand is related to this class but I’m not sure:

I would like to extend the theme options available under screen settings to custom post types i am adding using the ACF plugin provided with the theme. Presently, the theme options is available for the default Page and Post types, and the theme provided Portfolio Custom Post Type. If I add a custom post type, like “Openings”, I want the page settings to be available with every post under Openings. Is it possible to do from anywhere in the settings?
