Hi, I found a problem. When i add the “Related Posts” in Layout Section-Content, It automatically displays comments in meta, Even though I have off all comment meta. Please fix it.

Hi there,

I’m having non-critical woocommerce error messages, also the ‘add to cart’ button doesn’t do nothing. I would also like to skip the cart page to jump straight to the checkout page.

Are these fixable/achievable by you if I pay for the extended support?

I’ve been a long-time fan of Avada and have built several successful websites with your theme over the years. However, I’m currently facing a critical issue that is forcing me to reconsider my long-term use of Avada.

Here’s the situation:

On one of my websites using TranslatePress for multi-language support, the Arabic version of the site (RTL layout) breaks completely when upgrading to newer PHP versions (e.g., PHP 8.1+).

The issue seems to be related to how Avada handles RTL rendering together with TranslatePress under modern PHP environments.

This bug is preventing me from upgrading PHP for performance and security, and it’s putting my Arabic traffic at risk.

I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists. If there is no fix or clear timeline for addressing this, I may have no choice but to migrate to another theme to ensure stability for my Arabic-speaking users.

As a long-time supporter of Avada, I sincerely hope this can be resolved. Could you please advise:

Is this a known issue?

Are there any fixes, patches, or workarounds to ensure Arabic RTL pages work properly under PHP 8.1+?

Will future updates of Avada fully support TranslatePress in RTL languages?

This is an urgent matter for us, and we would greatly appreciate your assistance.

We have not officially tested TranslatePress with Avada in this case, there is no specific plugin require for RTL language to work, we have a very detailed article about this here => https://avada.com/documentation/using-rtl-languages/

I will suggest you to actually try removing the plugin in this case and see if that helps?

I bought a license a few years back and used on a website. That website is gone long ago. Now I want to use Avada on my new website using the same license. but it’s saying “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” How can I unregister my older domain and use this license for new domain?

Does Avada include the FULL Revolution Slider Plugin? And which version of Revolution Slider is currently bundled with it?

Please make sure that your image lightbox is actually enabled on the image, it should open the image in a lightbox in this case.

That doesn’t work eighter, it won’t link to an image or to an url (other site). It’s not clickable to a link. (lightbox is turned on in global settings)

Mostly I want it to be an clickable link to an external url.

Hello,

I’m encountering a persistent JavaScript error on a WordPress website using the latest versions of the Avada theme and WooCommerce.

The error is the following:

Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “awb_woo_notices”, e.fragments is undefined at /wp-content/themes/Avada/assets/min/js/general/avada-woocommerce-single.js

This appears when visiting single product pages, and seems related to AJAX cart fragments handling.

It looks like the script tries to access e.fragments[‘awb_woo_notices’] without verifying whether e.fragments is actually defined, which leads to a JS runtime error.

I have attempted to remove this fragment using the woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments filter and even tried disabling cart fragments, but the issue persists. This suggests the problem is rooted in the JavaScript file itself.

Could you please:

Confirm whether this is a known issue?
Provide a temporary workaround or filter to safely disable the awb_woo_notices fragment?
Consider including a fix in a future theme update by adding a proper check before accessing e.fragments?

I am not able to replicate this issue at all on our end, can you kindly make sure that you are on latest version of Avada that is 7.12.3 in this case.

Also, can you kindly update your WordPress version if its not updated to the latest version.

hello, avada forms seem to not record all form elements in the “form entries”, i made sure all form elements are being filled, but still some elements are not recorded, and now i lost a lot of submission data. how can i get this?

When I post a portfolio it;em for the influencer theme it does not show up in the front site but the default imports do. How do I fix this and the support portal will not let me submit a ticket. Idk why you restrict support to a continuous payment when I bought this theme and there are ongoing bugs so you should fix that.

Kindly make sure that you have no post offset value being setup for the post card which is set to show the portfolio items, other than that what you can try is making sure that there are no category filters being added there.

Hello. I am using the avada theme – https://avada.website/factory/ on my website – https://canadianliquidfillers.com.

The full demo import went well as you can see on the link, and I am just about to start customizing, but when i Click on the “Edit Live” button to edit… it opens up the page – https://canadianliquidfillers.com/?fb-edit=1 but the page isn’t editable and doesn’t show all the editable live area.

I’ve tried this both on Chrome and Firefox and this issue remains the same… I need help to resolve this. All other Avada websites I’ve built all shows the live editing interface, but this one doesn’t…

I have ten licenses of Avada and I just bought one today. I tried to open a support ticket and the support site for Avada said that I do not have any support time left!

I need to resolve this issue. In using the real estate theme, I tried to edit an agent. Instead of the great Avada interface, I got this:
