Hello.

I am using multiple “Post Cards” on the same page to display the latest posts.

But it is showing duplicate posts, all “Post Cards” show the same list of posts.

I want: For example, on a page with 12 posts

- Post Card 1: Show the first post.

- Post Card 2: Show from post 2 to post 6.

- Post Card 3: Show from post 7 to post 12.

Is there any solution to handle it?

Hello, We previously purchased this theme and successfully used it for our website tardissenerji.com. Later, we closed that site and re-used the license for our new website nanoorjin.com. The activation worked perfectly.

However, due to serious issues on your Classic Demo (broken layout and non-functional sections), we had no choice but to delete WordPress completely and reinstall the Avada theme from scratch.

Shockingly, even though it’s the same license and same domain, the license key is now locked, and we are unable to activate it again. This happened just one day after the original activation.

This is frustrating and unacceptable. We did everything properly. Please urgently unlock the license key or allow us to activate it again.

We are preparing a professional site as an official distributor of an industrial product, and this delay is damaging our schedule.

Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada  You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works.

If you are still getting the same issue on your end, open a support ticket and our ticket should sort this out for you in no time.

I purchased this theme a while ago. I registered it for another domain. I’m not using it on that domain anymore, and I want to use it on a different one, but it says, “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” I have other themes that track when you activate or deactivate a domain; apparently, this one doesn’t. How can I deactivate the other domain in your system so I can use this theme on another website?

There is an option for custom social icons that can be used, in any case what you can also do is make use of post cards, this means you can create your own custom post type for (team) and then you can add as many social links as you want there and add them using Avada dynamic options.

The possibilities are endliess, depending on how you want to achieve a particular design in this case :)

Avada support is not allowing me to create a ticket as i am facing issues with theme after purchase. After importing demo data Avada page builder plugin is not working and not allow me to edit any content. When i disable that plugin the page is broken but default WordPress edit option then start working.

Hi there,

I’m having non-critical woocommerce error messages, also the ‘add to cart’ button doesn’t do nothing. I would also like to skip the cart page to jump straight to the checkout page.

I’ve been a long-time fan of Avada and have built several successful websites with your theme over the years. However, I’m currently facing a critical issue that is forcing me to reconsider my long-term use of Avada.

Here’s the situation:

On one of my websites using TranslatePress for multi-language support, the Arabic version of the site (RTL layout) breaks completely when upgrading to newer PHP versions (e.g., PHP 8.1+).

The issue seems to be related to how Avada handles RTL rendering together with TranslatePress under modern PHP environments.

This bug is preventing me from upgrading PHP for performance and security, and it’s putting my Arabic traffic at risk.

I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists. If there is no fix or clear timeline for addressing this, I may have no choice but to migrate to another theme to ensure stability for my Arabic-speaking users.

As a long-time supporter of Avada, I sincerely hope this can be resolved. Could you please advise:

Is this a known issue?

Are there any fixes, patches, or workarounds to ensure Arabic RTL pages work properly under PHP 8.1+?

Will future updates of Avada fully support TranslatePress in RTL languages?

This is an urgent matter for us, and we would greatly appreciate your assistance.

We have not officially tested TranslatePress with Avada in this case, there is no specific plugin require for RTL language to work, we have a very detailed article about this here => https://avada.com/documentation/using-rtl-languages/

I will suggest you to actually try removing the plugin in this case and see if that helps?

That doesn’t work eighter, it won’t link to an image or to an url (other site). It’s not clickable to a link. (lightbox is turned on in global settings)

I’m encountering a persistent JavaScript error on a WordPress website using the latest versions of the Avada theme and WooCommerce.

The error is the following:

Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “awb_woo_notices”, e.fragments is undefined at /wp-content/themes/Avada/assets/min/js/general/avada-woocommerce-single.js

This appears when visiting single product pages, and seems related to AJAX cart fragments handling.

It looks like the script tries to access e.fragments[‘awb_woo_notices’] without verifying whether e.fragments is actually defined, which leads to a JS runtime error.

I have attempted to remove this fragment using the woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments filter and even tried disabling cart fragments, but the issue persists. This suggests the problem is rooted in the JavaScript file itself.

Could you please:

Confirm whether this is a known issue?
Provide a temporary workaround or filter to safely disable the awb_woo_notices fragment?
Consider including a fix in a future theme update by adding a proper check before accessing e.fragments?

I am not able to replicate this issue at all on our end, can you kindly make sure that you are on latest version of Avada that is 7.12.3 in this case.

Also, can you kindly update your WordPress version if its not updated to the latest version.
