I have a Category where I will the post from that category on a 4 flex block 1 where in each flex block 1 I will have a column with all the post from each author, for example: Column-1 : All post from author “John Doe” in Category = “Kiosco – [id 30]” Column-2 : All post from author “Marie Joe” in Category = “Kiosco – [id 30]” Column-3 : All post from author “Karl Bronson” in Category = “Kiosco – [id 30]” Column-4 : All post from author “Doe Joe Do” in Category = “Kiosco – [id 30]”

That is possible. You can filter a block by both a category and an author. The official google plugin provides a shortcode for displaying the stories, like this https://wp.stories.google/docs/best-practices/#Embeds So you could use that shortcode in a column text element in the composer and display them anywhere, for example https://prnt.sc/5s2LqSw7KK71 You could also display them in the theme blocks https://prnt.sc/K6WnQCgXmX60 Please try it.

Installing a new demos will mean that everything the previous demo has imported will be removed, like the demo homepage, the demo templates (post, category, etc.) the demo menus, etc. The content that you created, like your own posts, pages, categories, etc. will not be affected. You could make a backup of the website to be safe and then install the new demo.

The mobile theme could be displayed on desktop because of the caching used on the website. However, most caching plugins have an option to create separate caches for desktop and mobile. It depends on the caching plugin you are using. The super cache plugin for example has an option like this https://prnt.sc/axDDsFuqFY-O Other plugins have a similar setting. If you’re using the Newspaper theme, please note that the Divi Builder is not compatible. You can only use the tagDiv Composer, which is available for pages and cloud templates—not for creating posts.

I’m really disappointed with the Newspaper theme after purchasing it. While the post templates look great, many other important pages — like WooCommerce, bbPress, Terms and Conditions, and plugin-related pages — do not inherit the global typography or layout settings. I expected a premium theme to provide consistent styling across the entire site, especially for core integrations.
Having to manually adjust font styles, line height, and spacing for every plugin page defeats the purpose of using a pre-designed template. What’s worse, the support has been unresponsive, which is incredibly frustrating after paying a premium price.
I’m not a developer, and I bought this theme to save time — not to spend hours troubleshooting layout and style issues that should have been addressed in the first place. I really hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves support and plugin styling consistency in future updates.

It seems there may be a misunderstanding, so I’d like to clarify a few things.
You may have previously used a different theme that handled certain features in a specific way, and now you’re expecting all themes to behave similarly. If that’s the case, I understand the confusion, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience.
When you install a demo from Newspaper, only the content and layout specific to that particular demo are included. So, for example, if you want to set up a shop, you’ll need to configure it manually using tagDiv Composer (https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/) and tagDiv Shop (https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-shop/) Once the plugin is active, you can use tagDiv Composer to build your shop pages. To simplify the process, there are also pre-designed templates you can import from the Cloud Library: https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/?demo-type=shop and just adjust the layout to your needs.Just to reiterate: if you’re adding new functionality like a shop that wasn’t included in the original demo you installed, the layout for that feature won’t be available by default. You’ll need to either create it manually or import a suitable layout.

Hi, Does the plugin provide a shortcode? If it does, you can use that shortcode within the tagDiv Composer. Simply add it to a Text element inside a column on your page or cloud template. You can insert it in the text zone like shown here: https://imgur.com/DSSni9j

Hi, I am using the prebuilt “Free News design” and I have installed the Dedicated Plugins for Prebuilt Websites “APP Find PRO Plugin” and “Job Find PRO Plugin”. Should I create pages and insert any shortcode for this to be visible in the frontend or how should I proceed further. Also, I would like to have the module to enable users to post articles from frontend. Is there an option for this?

I’d recommend using the ACF plugin instead of the “APP Find PRO Plugin” and “Job Find PRO Plugin.” This way, you’ll have more flexibility to create your own Custom Post Types (CPTs), Taxonomies, and custom fields.
To get started, I suggest setting up a staging site where you can install one of the demo versions (either APP Find PRO or Job Find PRO). You can then take a look at the pages and templates from the demo to see how they’re set up, and use that as a guide for setting up your own site.

I believe you’re using a custom-built module, correct? If so, I recommend checking the settings for each column to ensure they have a defined width, either in percentages or pixels. Then, make sure the element inside each column is set to 100% width so it fully occupies the available space. Alternatively, for images, check their width in pixels for each viewport size to ensure proper scaling and responsiveness.

In the next update, we ask that you make the theme work automatically from right to left and from left to right. We know that there are RTL versions, but many themes don’t make all versions work. While working on the free news prebuilt template suddenly I get the error “Error at rows: 11(models) : 13(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z) . There is no way I can rectify this issue the Ctrl+Z doesn’t work. I am forced to uninstall the prebuilt theme and reinstall it again and start from scratch. I have done it around 4 to 5 times till now. Is there a solution for this?

That means there is a problem. If the composer works correctly after installing the demo but it stops working after making modifications, that means the modifications are causing the problem. I also see this issue when I try to change the menu items connected to the page ‘Modal Desktop” I see an error something to what I mentioned above.

Most of the time, this issue is caused by an incompatible shortcode or a plugin conflict. After editing the page or cloud template using tagDiv Composer and saving it, you may encounter an error the next time you try to edit it.
If the problem only occurs on a specific page or cloud template (including the header or footer), it’s likely due to certain shortcodes or settings applied to that element. You can try replacing or temporarily changing the header/footer to test whether the issue persists.

For a forum you could try the bbpress plugin. There are more of them however https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/wordpress-forum If you want you can try others as well before making a decision. Most plugins work fine with our theme. Same for displaying a Q&A https://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/best-faq-wordpress-plugins/ Please try a few plugins.

This is a sale question. Is the demo theme you provided an actual home page or a page that can be found under the page section in backend? If not can i customzie and create the same layout like column and section if i create a new page and make that the default home page? This is important due to SEO crawling purposes. Some seller use demo theme that are baked in and not and actual “page” so the seo cannot crawl and consider it a home page. Need to know this before purchase.

All the theme demos include a homepage https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Homepages It’s a normal page but set as the homepage. It can indeed be found in the wordpress pages panel. It’s not a template if that is what you mean, its a regular page built with the theme composer. In case I misunderstood your question or if you have more questions, please let me know.
