Hello Undsgn team. The ‘Title & text top’ option in ‘Icon Box Settings’ doesn’t seem to have any effect. The icons are defaulted to align top, when selecting ‘Icon left’ or ‘Icon right’. I have updated to the latest theme and plugins but I am still having this issue. Could you help look into it? Thank you so much!
Hello! As far as we can see everything works correctly on our end, although it might not be exactly what you’re looking for: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/F6kD1y
If you have specific requirements that are not covered by the available options, please describe them in detail and provide your page URL. If possible, we’ll be happy to assist you with some custom CSS.

Thank you so much for the reply. I will continue trying out on my end first. The site is still not live yet so I’m unable to provide the URL.
Hi fifthstorey! In the case, please contact us when you are ready to share a preview.
Products are not showing, no products in “vrouwen” category page, and still the product image slider also that is scrolling back to 1st image on product pages after scrolling down the page
Hi officialjduarte! We know that we’re always iterating on the same things, but at this point I think it’s necessary to be frank about this. If these were theme issues, I think you would see hundreds of users writing the same thing either here or on the Facebook group where you seem to be subscribed.
I Maybe found the issue. Can it be because of nameservers still pointing to quic cloud and we are not using quic cloud / litespeed cache anymore?
Hi officialjduarte! We are sorry but we can’t tell you how you set up your configuration – none of the things you mention are native to Uncode.
I understand. I have fixed this issue of nameservers, and DNS is fully pointed to 1 IP now. However, the issues on the website are still there unfortunately, I really need help. It seems that you are my only option, the issues can come from nowhere else
This type of support, which is highly specific to a single installation, cannot be provided here on the wall but needs to involve the development team, which is available only through our official support forum, I’m afraid.
As we have already pointed out, this does not seem to be something related to the theme, since no other users have reported the same issue. Even if escalated to the development team, they would most likely recommend contacting your hosting provider to investigate further.
To remove any doubt, you should try switching to another theme (for example, one of the default WordPress themes) and check if the issue persists.
The fact that some product categories are not displaying products could depend on the settings you have applied to the Content Block used for product archive pages, but it could also be due to permalink settings. In this case, simply go to Settings > Permalinks and save the settings again to refresh the .htaccess file.
Best
My hosting provider have investigated further. After switching to a default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) on the staging site made the products appear as expected.
This suggests the issue is likely related to how Uncode is handling product or subcategory pages. Please, let’s check how the theme manages these pages, particularly if any settings or content blocks might be affecting the display. We have already tried everything, clearing caches, and refreshed permalinks.
Thank you for the update. However, please note that the default theme does not use Content Blocks or advanced filters, so as an additional check we kindly ask you to disable the Content Block for product archives from Theme Options and verify whether the default product query works correctly in this case.
If it does work, the issue is related to how the Posts Module has been built. Please also send us the link to the staging site where you run this test and allow us to verify the results. Thank you.
Thank you again, this could mean there is some setting in the Posts Module that is not configured correctly. However I’m sorry, but as mentioned earlier, this is not the right place to share login details or request that kind of individual support. For one-on-one assistance, please use our Help Center, where we have a dedicated support team who can check your installation and help with solutions: https://support.undsgn.com/hc
To check a misconfiguration in the Posts Module settings, I recommend starting from scratch and comparing the existing module with a freshly created one to identify what might have been missed during setup. You can also start from one of our Wireframes as a base.

I think there is a problem somewhere with the Product Variations. When I set “Variations Single Products” to No, the products are being displayed on that category page. When I set it to Yes, again, Nothing found.
Hello and thank you. In this case, please note that you may only need to process all product variations (https://lopezb.d.pr/i/DzpPxL). More information is available in our documentation as always: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/11540847344029-Variations-as-Single-Products
Let us know, all the best
This is crazy. I just processed the variations and now that product category issue is fixed. I don’t understand, because I have processed the variatinos multiple times before. Anyway, this is good! Now only the single product image sliding issue needs to be fixed and quantity selector on checkout page.
Thank you for the update. Could you clarify what you mean by the ‘image sliding issue’? You mentioned it elsewhere, but the video is no longer available, and based on your description, it’s not easy to understand what exactly is happening. TYIA, best
Thank you. The only possible conflict I can think of might be related to this carousel: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/AbNbEY I suggest temporarily removing it and checking if it causes any conflict, as there’s nothing else in our code that would explain the carousel resetting to the beginning.
We haven’t been able to replicate the issue on our end. If it only happens with certain products, try to identify what’s different compared to others. You could also rebuild the layout from scratch and check at which point the issue starts to appear.
Let us know, all the best
I completely removed the content block from single product content, but that image slider is still going back to main image on scrolling down the page. I will add it back in place. Almost all products actually have the exact same content blocks. We didn’t have this issue before. It appeared some time ago now. This issue is only on mobile by the way. Mobile view via PC doesn’t replicate the issue
Yes, I noticed it happens only on mobile, but we haven’t been able to replicate it on our end. Do you have any custom scripts in your child theme or something similar? If you can find the same behavior on our demo, that would be very helpful. Otherwise, we don’t have any clear clues, sorry, and the only recommendation we can give is to try disabling extra plugins.
I tried disabling plug-ins and removing code, etc, but it keeps happening
Also with main theme, not my child theme, with all custom code gone, still happening
Thank you for all the information.
Can you confirm if you also tried removing the second carousel as I suggested? Unfortunately, until we can replicate the issue, we don’t have enough clues to try alternative approaches.
Does it also happen if you enable thumbs, as shown in our demos: https://undsgn.com/uncode/shop/everyday-backpack/ (https://undsgn.d.pr/i/dGVMLO)?
Let us know, all the best
Yes, it also happens with the “Standard” product gallery layout unfortunately. I have just tried. And yes, after removing the second carousel which is the After Content (Related Posts) content block, it still happens.
I’m sorry, but the only suggestion I can give you here on the wall, without our development team directly accessing your installation and possibly running tests via FTP, is to try recreating a product similar to the one causing issues (since, as far as I can see, other products are working fine – can you confirm that?) and see what might be triggering the problem.
We are unable to replicate the issue in any way, and there is nothing in our support history that resembles this problem, unfortunately. It could be caused by a conflict of any kind, and until you identify a potential culprit (as happened with the category pages), we have no further recommendations to offer.
As soon as you find something unusual, please let us know.
It happends with products that have multiple images. But how is it possible then that this happends out of nowhere…? I’m clueless
Hi officialjduarte! We don’t know what else to say – practically every day you report a problem that no one else reports.
Do I need to purchase the support so we can figure this issue out?
I managed to get a backup of June 26. I restored the backup and the issue was gone. I carefully updated all the plugins 1 by 1 to find out where the issue was coming from. After succesfully updating all plugins without the issue returning, I continued to update the theme. After updating the theme, to my surprise, the issue returned!
I hope we can solve the issue with this new knowledge
Hi officialjduarte! Unfortunately, nothing changes from what we had already discussed a month ago: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/8cmmV5
So what can we do now? It needs to be fixed haha
As we’ve already said numerous times, we can’t do anything from here. We’ll keep your report in mind if any other user reports this problem or if it’s replicable in some other installation.
Can I purchase the support and you look into it?
Hi officialjduarte! Every user can purchase support renewal, but this doesn’t include the guarantee that the problem can be resolved. To do this, you need to open a private ticket, insert all login credentials, including FTP, and give permission to deactivate all extra plugins and custom codes. From this point, developers can begin debugging on Uncode’s native files. If the problem doesn’t occur with the base Uncode, this indicates that the problem isn’t the theme but a possible external trigger that certainly won’t be resolved by our support (which only deals with problems with the theme’s native files). In our opinion, what you have doesn’t invalidate the site’s functionality and isn’t a deal breaker for your visitor, so in our view we would recommend not opening a ticket for this small glitch.
Dear undsgn,
This small glitch is still a glitch and needs to be fixed! There must be something wrong with the new update of the theme, that it’s not functioning properly with some popular plugins or something..?
Hi officialjduarte! We understand your continued interest in resolving this matter. However, our position remains consistent with our previous communications from recent days and weeks. We’ve provided all available information and guidance within our current capabilities. To avoid redundancy and ensure we’re using our support resources effectively for all users, we’d appreciate if you could refer to our previous detailed responses. If new information becomes available or if other users report similar issues, we’ll certainly revisit this matter.
HI A-team,
I hope everyone is happy and well.
I have a question, I own 9 licenses, and currently 3 of them are no longer “active”. The clients moved on and have created new websites.
Freshclean.co relishandco.com.au antti.com.au
Any chance I could have those licenses released from these domains, and reusable? I don’t have the exact license number for each, but I could send a list of all 9 licenses.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi wearebrandless! We’re not sure we understand your request. Would you like to use the same License to create new sites since the old projects are no longer online? Anyway, next to the error message you probably have, there is a ‘More Info’ link that takes you to a documentation page with all the information you need. If you haven’t seen it in a nutshell, please send a private message using the form you find on this page and include your Purchase Codes: https://themeforest.net/user/undsgn
I’ve used Uncode across multiple licenses for years and have recently encountered a frustrating UI glitch on an existing site updated to the latest version. Specifically: the pencil icon that normally appears on the left side of the outer row (used for editing row-level settings like background images) has disappeared.
Instead, there’s a small black square—presumably a placeholder or affected by the background color. When I hover over it, the pencil briefly appears at the top edge of the row, but as soon as I try to move the mouse toward it, it vanishes. I’ve tried multiple approaches—hovering from different angles, dragging across the area—but the icon consistently disappears before it can be clicked. This makes it impossible to access key row-level settings.
This is happening on a site fully updated to the latest version of Uncode. Any insight into what might be causing this or how to bypass it would be appreciated.
Hi jackcolton1! We’re sure to understand what you’re saying – the UI seems broken, and the problem occurs because you haven’t updated the theme but only the plugins. Please always make sure to update the theme first and then the plugins: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205-Theme-Update
The the is compatible with PHP 8.3?
Hi cinelion! Yes, it should be compatible. At the moment we don’t have any compatibility reports with this version. Please make sure that any additional plugins are also compatible in the same way.
Hello, I have a small issue. I’ve checked all the documentation but I cannot find an answer for this. So when using the content block woocommerce products dynamic posts, on the empty category pages I have a nothing found and search field. Where can I edit this page with a content block? Thank you for your time.
Hi Maxim1985! This is a default and cannot be modified through the Page Builder. If you send us a link to one of these pages, we can understand which default your site is using because it can be created differently. So even if you want to modify it via code, we need to see your setup.
Hello, so displaying the product categories inside the navigation and for an empty category it defaults to the content inside the file – content-none.php. I have settings for what to show inside the Theme Options – Search – Content Block No Results Shop. So the only way to bypass this is to edit the files? Thank you!
Hi Maxim1985! Yes, you need to add the file to your Child Theme and edit it to modify according to your needs (it’s not possible to edit this default with the Page Builder). At least you can create the design with the Page Builder, copy the HTML and insert it in this file.
Hello,
I have a row within a row, and it has 4 columns. By default on mobile, these 4 columns stack on mobile. Is it possible for there to be 2 columns of 2 on mobile, rather than all 4 stacking one above the other?
Thank you
Hi andrewm324! You just need to set the Responsive settings of each Column to 6/12, ex: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214003625-Column-Settings#&gid=1&pid=7
Thank you soo much for the quick response!
Hi andrewm324! Thank you for the confirmation!
I can’t register the theme with a valid purchase code. The website doesn’t give an error it refreshes the page and the code is not saved.
Hi wad! From the description, it seems that the theme is not properly installed. Does the System Status page look like this or is it different? https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000718649-Product-Registration
Otherwise, if the layout is the same, it can happen that you have some browser extension that blocks the connection with the Envato servers.
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution: https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Yes that was it. I had to increase the max post size.
Hi wad and thank you for the confirmation!
Does this theme work with woocommerce subscriptions also?
Hi hiteshsn785! We don’t have tickets regarding this, so we would say yes. In any case, you can try it and if you have any problems, you’re guaranteed a refund so you can try it risk-free.
Hi Undsgn,
for several versions of Uncode now, I always have one or two blank lines ( ) after the text in text blocks. I tried it with several browsers but it is always the same.
Is this a problem on my side or on yours?
Thanks in advance kasenga
Hi! Are you using the latest version of Uncode? Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution: https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Hi, thanks for your reply. I just found out, that the problem is the latest Firefox in combination with an extension. Sorry for bothering you with this.
Hi kasenga and thank you for the confirmation!
Your theme is almost perfect, do you considering to add page transitions like Salient theme ? It adds a lot in uxer experience and Improve perceived quality.
Hi jvanhove! Thank you for appreciating Uncode!
Yes, this is in our to-do list, but it will not be part of the next update (that it’s already based on a big feature). Anyway, we confirm we have it in the list!
I have two quick questions:
I’m using the built-in Ajax Filters module within a Content Block applied to a Posts module (displaying products). The filters display correctly, but when I select any particular filter, the result always shows 0 products. Are there any additional settings I should check to make the filters work?
Is it possible to use the Secondary Image from the Product Gallery? My website is a few years old and previously I used the Product Gallery as the source for the secondary featured image (my old theme pulled it from there). I have over 5,000 products, so manually reassigning a secondary image would be quite difficult.
Thanks in advance for your help! Best regards, Andrzej
Hi AndrzejGdula_Ag! We are sorry but it’s not possible your setup from here… did you activate the Dynamic Query? Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution: https://support.undsgn.com/hc
++No, it doesn’t seem like that’s an option. I need to check with the developers if there’s a hook or something that can be easily modified.
PLease Help ! ;/ I updated to the latest version on July 3, and since then I can’t display my portfolio pages! I’ve got the 404 page! I’ve tried using the links on the site, but it doesn’t work either, clicking on the “view portfolio” button in the back office! I hope there’s a solution! Thanks a lot
Hi nandaro! Probably you just need to refresh your portfolio permalinks. Please check the “Theme Update” documentation, also there is a small suggestion about this: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205-Theme-Update
“If you have Portfolio 404 error, just go to Theme Options → Customise → Portfolio CPT modify the slug to something else, save and then insert again your desired slug term.”
Anyway, if you need support is offered in our Help Center, there we have a completely dedicated support team, please submit a ticket so we can check your installation and support the solution: https://support.undsgn.com/hc
Thanks for the quick reply!
I tried to do as best I could what you said
and it works now! Thank you very much.
I’ve got another little problem, but I’ll go through support now…
Hi nandaro and thank you for the confirmation!
How do i create a table with wp bakery? I can’t find anything related to tables.
Thanks!!!
Hi carlosrosales1979! There is no Table module, you can create a table as you normally code in HTML and insert it in a Text Module, for example, on this page at the “Size Guide” tab: https://undsgn.com/uncode/features/horizontal-tabs/
Is it possible to have the image carousel continuously loop. I have it setup with 10 images but when it reaches the end it slides backward and starts again instead of looping. I have checked the “slider loop” option to “yes” but it doesn’t appear to make any difference. Please help
Hi roblarkin05! No, the loop option is available if you want it, but it’s not possible to make it go back when it reaches the end and start again. If you want the Loop option, you can find it in the Module tab of the Media Gallery or Posts module, but what you’re asking for isn’t possible to activate.
I see in your examples about Content Slider https://undsgn.com/uncode/features/content-slider/ several skins for dots/lines and arrows… but I can’t find anywhere to choose between them.
I’ve looked in the general settings as well as the content slider and the slides settings.
Where do you change the dots/arrows style?
Hi codingcrazy! Please follow, this is a dedicated module: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/18577721602205-Carousel-Slider-Navigation
Dear Support-Team,
I’m using your theme and definitely like it, my question – do you plan to provide accessibility updates, to fully comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as well as German/EU accessibility regulations (e.g. the European Accessibility Act) in the near future?
Thank you in advance! Best, Michael
Hi michael_grundmann and thank you for appreciating Uncode!
Please find more info on this dedicated documentation, with the necessary design considerations and dedicated options, Uncode meets the WCAG 2.2 standards. If you’re referring to something specific that can be implemented beyond this, we’re always available to evaluate the implementation: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/26195643633949-WCAG-Accessibility
Hello, I think since the new update, when you scroll a few images on the product page, and you scroll down on the product page, automatically for some reason, it’s scrolling back to the 1st image. It’s not because of cache, we already checked that. How to fix this?
Hi officialjduarte! At the moment we haven’t received any similar reports. If this were a general issue with the update, we would likely be seeing hundreds of similar messages. Therefore, it appears to be related to something custom on your specific setup.
add_filter( ‘uncode_animations_enabled’, ‘__return_false’ ); Could it be because of this ?
Hi officialjduarte! We don’t believe this would be the cause of your issue. This particular hook is designed to simply disable animations, such as those found in the Posts module and similar components, and from our understanding of its functionality, we don’t see how it could influence or interfere with the specific problem you’re experiencing. The hook operates independently and shouldn’t have any impact on the areas you’re describing.
Really strange. I checked on everything, custom css code, custom js code, nothing seems to be the issue. It must be coming from the theme somewhere.
Also, even though I have excluded product attributes id “2” , somehow those size attributes which are id 2, are being displayed in my shop, what’s going on?
Hi officialjduarte! We sincerely cannot understand this issue. You mention having scroll problems that you attribute to the theme, while no other users have reported this. Furthermore, without a link or some way to examine it, how could we understand the problem? Then you mention other issues with ID exclusion. As we’ve explained multiple times, if this is something obvious that can be understood by looking at the page or a real theme issue that’s been reported by multiple users, we can help you. Otherwise, you need to open a private ticket, insert all your login credentials, and give permission to deactivate all modifications or extra plugins to begin debugging.
This issue is on mobile ofcourse.
And about the Size attributes being excluded, I didn’t have this issue before. Recently I just updated some of the products to enter their stock, some products don’t have stock entered. Is it because of that Maybe?
Hi officialjduarte! Can you explain better what you mean by “scrolling”? If I visit the two products, I notice the same behavior: after scrolling and reaching the bottom of the last image, the carousel does not restart from the first one. This is correct. https://lopezb.d.pr/v/zGvE35 and https://lopezb.d.pr/v/bZoT66
Regarding the attribute problem, when you write that you excluded it, what exactly do you mean? Can you give us more details?
Sorry that you didn’t get what I actually meant: https://streamable.com/o25ujr In this video you will see on the 1st product that when I scroll down, it automatically Goes back to 1st image. On the other product, it doesn’t.
And I have excluded attribute ID 2 which is the ID of our sizes. I have done this in the Theme Options. But all of a sudden since a few days some products are being displayed multiple times: https://streamable.com/799jot
Hi officialjduarte! Ok, so you are talking about the single variations? It wasn’t clear. Did you re-process them by clicking the “Process All Variations” button (https://lopezb.d.pr/i/LH1ry6)? Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to help you with issues on single variations without opening a ticket because there’s too much involved and we need to see how it is configured, etc. Anyway, we didn’t modify those functions in the last updates, so this is not something we introduced recently.
Regarding the gallery, if you switch for a few minutes to the default WP theme, do you have the same issue with the product galleries?
Yes I re-processed them. Maybe it’s because some products have stock enabled, and some don’t? Can that be the cause?
The default Uncode theme gives me the same issue with the gallery, but no, on the Twenty Twenty five theme, that issue is not there.
Hi officialjduarte! Unfortunately, as mentioned other times before, without the ability to debug directly on the site, there’s not much more we can do or help you with from here. So you need to open a ticket or find your own solution. Now I understand that you say the default theme works, but if we take Storefront, which is the official WooCommerce theme, it has exactly the same behavior with images that don’t go back (it’s also very strange that no user reports this problem and none of our demos behave this way – it really seems like something external): https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/product/woo-logo-2/
Now please understand that we cannot do more from here, if you want to continue please disable all extra plugins, modifications and open a ticket with all logins needed to debug.
Hi Team,
I’m encountering an issue while trying to update the WPBakery Page Builder bundled with Uncode. I first received this error:
“Update Failed: The Envato Purchase Code seems to be invalid. Please try to unregister and register the product again.”
After deregistering and re-entering my Envato purchase code, I got this message:
“According to the Envato License Terms, you have exceeded the maximum number of activations permitted for a single Purchase Code. Please purchase an additional license.”
However, I have only used this license for a single website since purchasing it, and this error appears to be preventing essential plugin updates.
Could you please assist me in resolving this activation issue?
Here are my license details for reference:
Item ID: 13373220
Purchase Date: 2019-07-20 07:33:25 UTC
Looking forward to your assistance.
Hi Vikasita_Connect! Next to the error message you probably have, there is a ‘More Info’ link that takes you to a documentation page with all the information you need. If you haven’t seen it in a nutshell, please send a private message using the form you find on this page and include your Purchase Code: https://themeforest.net/user/undsgn
Hello,
Do you plan to add a light/dark mode toggle based on AJAX to your template?
Hi ckrzysieck! Thank you for your interest. Do you mean a toggle to change the display mode? If you mean this, it’s not in our priorities at the moment.
I understand, thank you for your response.
Thank you for the confirmation, even if we cannot help with this!
