I want a functionality where the product page automatically displays the first available in-stock variation by default. For example, I have 5 color options and 4 storage variants, but only one combination is currently in stock. I don’t want users to manually click through each variation to find what’s available — the system should automatically select the in-stock variation when the product page loads

I’d like to know if it’s possible to create a preset comparison between specific products.
For example, I want to set up a page that automatically compares 3 predefined products, without requiring the user to select them manually. This would allow me to display a direct comparison link (such as on a product page) leading to a preset comparison view.
Something like: .../compare/product_ids=10,213,500
Is this possible? If not, do you plan such a feature ?

I changed the official email address for my ThemeForest account. I can’t contact technical support. Hello I have a problem. After the last update , my website is extrem slow , it use 120 Mb ram, and the page generate time 5-8 sec . Unfortunetly that moment when some users want to see my page , the server down, becouse , it impossible to serve that extrem load. I love that theme , but now i must change to the storefront theme . When will arived the next hotfix or update?

Hi, i would like to start a project and i have done some extensive check of the features that you have implemented. So far, i have these questions: 1. If i do not want to use a stock template that you have and instead build a custom one, can i use any of the elements shown in Elements section or any page format from Pages, or i can’t because they are visible and usable only to a specific demo? 2. Can I choose to always show the Add to cart button in the search page instead of the hover action if I build a custom look or if I use a specific demo? 3. Is there a section where I can add custom CSS to overwrite the default one and which should be preserved when theme updates? 4. Can I add specific attributes to each category or general ones for all categories and show them properly on the search page? Thanks.

Regarding question 4, i meant if we can create multiple attributes for a specific category and also general ones like the one you have in search sidebar, like FILTER BY COLOR, FILTER BY SIZE. In an e-commerce site we have for Computers attributes like CPU, Display Size, RAM, HDD/SSD, HDD/SSD Capacity and so on. And attributes can be radio type, single checkbox, multiple checkbox to select more than 1 option and so on.
Yes, you can create as many attributes as you need. But there is no option to display them as radio buttons or checkboxes.
Ok, it seems that there are solutions, like this one for instance https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/ – i tried the demo site with 10.000 products. Do you know if this plugi works with your themes?

Hello. We love woodmart so much. But in last 5 weeks we have found a lot of confirmed in 2 of our client projects. Some major issues and some minor issues. Now we stuck in a ticket to explain: We need to import a startpage from another demo and your support say: create subdomain, create new hosting, create db, run wordpress installation, install core plugins and run woodmart setup. Then import demo data import. Next move to startpage, edit page in elementor and export content to json. Now go to your current project and import that json. 20 minutes of work and working like 2010 just to copy one startpage? So we asked about much more simple way… and they say go to additional pages section and import it. But this section do not contain any startpage content. Absolute timewasting to explain problems if the support do not focus on the target. And finally: You adding so many content to content library. Why you do not adding also startpages to demo content library? This pagetype is so important but is still missing in your demo content data section 2025. We never see a elementor theme that is missing startpage types in demo content library. I hope you will stop adding new functions and give more focus on optimization in next updates. Stop adding functions, improve a little bit more the base please. The perfect woodmart theme panel is what we love – please dont break that jewel.

You absolutely do not need to create a subdomain or a new hosting environment — this can be done much faster using local development tools like WP Local or similar solutions. We should have guided you better, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
Regarding your main concern — we completely understand how important it is to have start pages available directly in the demo content library. Unfortunately, at this moment, the only available method involves exporting and importing JSON files manually. However, your feedback is heard, and we are actively discussing how we can simplify this workflow in future updates.
We agree that stability and usability improvements should always be a priority. Your point about focusing on refining the core experience rather than adding too many new features resonates with us, and we will take this into account for our next development cycles.

Hi, before I buy your theme, I would just like to ask some questions. If any of these are not possible, kindly recommend plugins that we can use with your theme for it.
1) do you have features where widget areas like Popular Categories actually track which categories are most visited by website visitors and then show that category?
2) You have the most popular products featured as well which actually tracks which products are most visited and shows on a widget/block?
3) What other features do you have that track from visitors to help suggest products they might like?
4) Do you have an abandoned cart email feature? What other features do you have to help in sales.

1. & 3. Unfortunately, there are no such features in our theme and WooCommerce by default. We would be happy to help you, but unfortunately, we don’t have plugins to recommend to you.
2. Most popular products are sorted by the count of orders with these products.
4. Yes, we have an abandoned cart email feature. And there are a lot of other conversion-related features. You can find more information in our theme’s description and documentation.

Your recent update has caused some Woodmart element to become cannot be displayed properly when editing articles/pages on the Polylang website (elementor). Also, some plugin functions are not displayed properly(Polylang website).
I rolled back the Woodmart version from 8.2.7 to 8.2.6. The display bug disappeared.

If I roll back to 8.2.6, the issue will disappear.
If I upgrade back to 8.2.7, the issue will reappear.

On my single product (affiliate) pages, the maximum character limit the “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now” button can take if modified is 32 for a typical MOBILE device WIDTH.

Hello! I have a question: I saw that the search logic has been improved and now searches by synonyms. I’m wondering if synonym search can work for two or more words?
For example, if I have a book store and I search for “recommend some fantasy genre,” will it suggest “Harry Potter” and “Lord of the Rings”? This is a kind of “pseudo” AI search. I will add all possible combinations that a user might search for into the database; I just want to know if these synonyms react to multiple words?
