I am not quite sure what’s the issue if i am just updating the theme as usual but this time its just breaking the theme somehow.

Regarding: Price information – Base price per unit or kg or litre I’m interested in your theme and want to know more about the following pont first.
In my region, it is a legal requirement to indicate a base price for specific weight-dependent (or content-dependent) products (e.g. beverages, food). In every situation (normal, special offer/reduced), the price per kg or litre must be indicated. Is this option available in the theme, or how can I implement this function? If this function does not exist, can I submit a feature request for it?

The JupiterX theme itself does not have a built-in, dedicated field for displaying a mandatory base price (e.g., price per kg/litre). This specific functionality is typically handled at the WooCommerce plugin level, not the theme level.
However, achieving full compliance with your regional laws is absolutely possible, and you have a few excellent paths to implement it.

hi all guys, i have a problem i need to solve viewing a portfolio page on mobile devices. I received a login for support and when I try to use it, I get “Oops! We hit a snag with your login details. Let’s try that again, shall we?”
The reason I need support is because the theme I just purchased won’t import demo content. “Something went wrong! Rate limit exceeded. Try again later.”
I was on the phone with my service provider all night and they raised all limits to over 2gb to test out why the error kept happening and still the demo content wouldn’t import. I deleted wordpress and did a fresh install this morning. I’m still having the same issue. This is very frustrating. If I can’t get help through the support system because it won’t recognize the username and password you provided to me, how can I receive assistance with this?

After updating my server to PHP 8.2, I’m getting a fatal error from the Jupiter theme (v6.12.2):
Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string – int in dynamic-styles/global/header.php on line 10
This issue did not occur in PHP 7.4. Can you please let me know if there is an update or fix available for PHP 8.2 compatibility?

Google Fonts in Jupiter are managed in two specific files:
wp-content/plugins/jupiter-donut/includes/wpbakery/fields/theme_fonts.php
wp-content/themes/jupiter/framework/admin/theme-options/google-fonts.php
Unfortunately, there aren’t any hooks or filters available to modify these files externally. To update the font list, you’ll need to directly modify these files by adding the desired Google Font IDs.
Once you’ve added the fonts to those locations, you’ll be able to use them in your theme.

We purchased this theme and have updates related to the JetPlugins (3 of them). Is there a license code we get with the theme to use? How can we update these 3 plugins

Only the plugin files are provided with the theme, not the license, but you can use all the plugin features. Previously, we managed auto-updates for these third-party plugins via our API for WordPress native updater functionality. However, due to changes by Crocoblock, auto-updates now necessitate a direct licensed purchase from Crocoblock.
You must update the plugins manually.
