Hi, I’m having issues with the mobile version of my website. When I open it on my phone, it lags a lot before it loads, and when I scroll down, it takes a second before the page actually follows. I don’t think the site is slow, so it might be something else in the settings, but I haven’t been able to figure out the solution. Can anyone help me? Here is the link: https://www.diskastars.se/

Yes, you`re right. The issue exists, and it`s caused by a double-scroll effect on your page. The reason is a divider you added in the footer, and the margin on that element is creating the problem.
Please edit your footer and adjust the margin or padding so the double-scroll no longer appears.

Hi, Yes, Phlox Pro is definitely a good choice. The site you shared is`nt actually that content-heavy, and many of our users run websites far larger and heavier than that using Phlox without any issues.
As long as you follow general optimization best practices like optimizing images and using a good caching plugin, you should be completely fine.

Hello, I bought the theme and installed it, but the images in none of the demo themes work, also the depicter slider doesn’t work, I also get an error when I try to send a ticker.

Thank you for the great theme. I’m currently using the Bookstore2024 template, but I’ve encountered an issue with the mobile menu (burger icon) — it doesn’t open or respond when clicked.

Hi, there. I have been using this theme for a little while. I’ve just gone onto my admin menu today and I’ve got the notification saying that I need to activate the licence. When I try, it says that the licence has already been used? Could you please reset it for me?

This theme has some serious issues since a week now. A lot of errors in server log files related to this theme functions. I deactivate my license but that has no impact on website. Something wrong. Seariously wrong.

Having issue uploading any media files when theme is active – when Not active it works so its not a plugin issue its theme issue – this only started recently

Hi – been using and loving the Pro theme for years but as of last week when it is active we can’t upload any media files to the media library, and only deactivating the theme works to allow us to upload new images and files. We tried deactivating every other plugin and none of them are the culprit, only when we deactivate Phlox it works. Can you please advise if you’ve encountered this issue and provide a fix? The error log message is:
