We are planning a new website based on wordpress + https://www.okler.net/previews/porto/12.1.0/index-corporate-4.html
When I go to themeforest I see several options and I got confused. What do we need?
1. Porto – Multipurpose Website Template – Porto – Multipurpose Website Template by Okler | ThemeForest
2. Porto | Multipurpose & WooCommerce Theme – Porto | Multipurpose & WooCommerce Theme by p-themes | ThemeForest
3. Porto Admin – Responsive HTML5 Template – Porto Admin – Responsive HTML5 Template by Okler | ThemeForest
Do we need all three? Or does N. 2 include the templates?

Hi; i have an issue with demo importing, these is the message displayed “Your server performance does not satisfy Porto demo importer engine’s requirement. We recommend you to use alternative method to perform demo import without any issues but it may take much time than standard import.” and after the end of alternative import the website looks weird and not similar to demo, can you help please PS: hosting is hostinger

It appears that your site has crashed. Please try resetting your WordPress installation, then reactivate the theme. After that, install the required and recommended plugins for the theme, and temporarily disable all third-party plugins.
Once those steps are complete, try importing the demo content again. Hopefully, this resolves the issue. can you please make this work with SUMO Memberships for WooCommerce. By installing the theme it removed all the membership restrictions and made the entire site public.

I’d like to add product brand to product page with Elementor but the “Meta” Porto Type Builder Block is missing from Elementor and I want to have the same function (brand name with link to the brand’s page). Can I make “block builder type” product page instead of using Elementor or there’s a way to have dinamic brand link on product page like the Porto Meta Block?

I have checked and found that only a single license is currently registered linked with your Envato account, having the first right digits (109be860), and the site is currently a live working site: https://getitoutperfumes.com/
So if you wish to remove that license from that site, you can from Porto >> Dashboard, OR delete the complete site and let me know, I will reset it for you.

No, the theme does not update automatically. Once an update is released, you’ll need to log in to your WordPress Dashboard, go to Appearance > Themes, and click the update link. This will initiate the update process automatically. Alternatively, you can update the theme manually using File Manager or cPanel.
Please note that a single license is valid for one live URL only, in accordance with Envato’s licensing policy, which applies to all themes on ThemeForest. If you’d like to confirm this, you may contact Envato directly. If an option is also available for the mobile version, you’ll see a mobile icon next to it when you’re editing — like in this example: https://postimg.cc/k6SWKYn2 . To customize it, select “Mobile” and adjust the option value as needed.
Alternatively, you can add two identical elements to the same page — one for desktop and one for mobile. Configure each one accordingly, then hide the desktop version on mobile and the mobile version on desktop by going to Element Settings > Advanced > Responsive: https://postimg.cc/68TcT0Gv

Just to clarify, it’s not possible to directly switch from one page builder to another (e.g., from WPBakery to Elementor) without rebuilding the pages. If you choose to switch, you’ll need to start from scratch on a new WordPress setup.
