I just purchased and installed this theme. I cannot import demo content, giving failed import error. I see this is a problem that has not been fixed since years ago. Please assist. I didn’t get to read all these complaints here before purchase. That is my bad.

We’ve used the BigEvent theme to build a high-profile project (Maletsunyane Braai Festival website), and while the design is visually appealing, we’ve encountered persistent JavaScript errors in the WordPress implementation. We attempted to contact the developer multiple times via email and through the support channels provided, but unfortunately received no response.
This lack of support is frustrating—especially when the issues are clearly related to the theme itself. As paying customers, we expect basic responsiveness and accountability, especially for a product listed on ThemeForest.
If you are considering this theme, proceed with caution unless you’re prepared to debug and fix technical issues on your own. A premium theme should come with reliable support—this one does not.

1. Multiple event registration – can this have 1 landing page and then within it will be tabs / panels for the multiple events? Do you have a template / layout for this?
2. Can each event have its own page with event details?
With input fields, I mean in an event, can the input fields being filled up by participants be customized?
Say for a cycling event, I need.
Bike Distance (50k, 100k, etc) Last Name, First Name Address Email Mobile Birthday Team Name Shirt Size Emergency Contact Number Emergency COntact Name
Etc.
Then the input fields differ per race as some are not applicable.
3. Payment options. Can this process payments via paypal? also via wire transfer?
4. I am planning this to be an event portal that other event organizers can host their event registrations. Is that possible?
4.1 Is it possible for them to have their own dashboard that they would be able to see and edit their race details but not see the details of the other events?
5. Do you have demo account available where I can see front end and wp-admin?

Good day! Sorry there is no option to make an event from front end. But if someone get the dashboard access as a editor to submit the event for review to super admin, after finishing the review an event will show front end for event goers.

I would like to install the Event Schedule 7 style to my website. I love the titles and the ability to click on each of them and see a popup with more details. Can I add to the tiles , the event’s speaker/ speakers? I see that you have them in Event Schedule 3 , but I don’t see them in Event Schedule 7. Can I add them inside the popup as well? I want the user to view the speakers and click on their name to go to their personal page.
Also, how can I add an “Add to Google Calendar” buttonto each event? That would be super helpful.

Big event theme Event Schedule 7 style does not allow to redirect to other page it will be popup and show details of the event. if you want to redirect theme into new page you have to use style 2 or 3 they have that option to redirect new page. But if you want to use style 7 you have to use the option existing option that will not be redirect to new page just it will be popup and show details of that Schedule. you can not add google calendar button for each event hope you understand.
