Hello, Is it possible to change the “Request A Tour/Contact Agent” block to Woocommerce “Add To Cart” I need to know if this is possible and easily implementable without editing the code. My purchase decision is highly hinged on this. Thank you.

Avada is completely compatible with WooCommerce and you can even create your own product page so yes, you can surely have your own custom product layouts whever you need the button to be, it can be placed there.

Thank you. However, you did not answer my question. I will like to know whether your pre-built website precisely Real Estate can be modified to have “Add To Cart” button instead of “Request A Tour/Contact Agent” I have bought themes where the creators claimed compatibility yet it they could not implement it even with my Support subscription. I want my website visitors to be able to add the properties to cart not contact agent, is it possible? Have you done it before? Thanks

That simply means you add woocommerce and then add properties as products, you can then add any extra fields you want in those products via ACF and yes it is possible using Avada and ACF

I’ve recently transferred the hosting for a website with the Avada and I’m getting the message: The purchase code is already being used on another domain. But it’s not, it was just briefly hosted in two places but the message has remained since. Can you tell me how to fix this. Thanks, Greg

The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited. Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works.

You can simply reset the license and use it again as the license is valid for lifetime for a single domain.

Yes, that is correct as Events is simply a custom post type which is only added once you have the plugin installed, it works same way as Products for woocommerce, you can not have products without installing woocommerce unless you make a custom post type of your own.

I need a simple one page website with no ecomm or anything – just a contact form and a way to display a few images with copy. Would this be flexible enough to be that simple? It might be overkill but i like that you have so many people who have purchased and are using it, it makes me feel like it wont disappear soon, which some of my other themes did.

You can surely create a simple single page website using Avada as well without any issues, there should be no issues doing that at all and we have plenty of users on a simple one page website, Avada has been #1 theme for decade and is not going anywhere soon

Hi, I just updated the theme to the latest version (including Fusion Builder and Avada Core) and now my collection of 100% height containers no longer works. Everything was working fine before. Is this a bug in the new update? This is very annoying because I wanted to go live with my new site soon.

I have received an email from Avada Support (support [at] avada [dot] com) saying that my purchase code is locked. I try my best to keep my purchase code secure. I presently have 2 licenses, against which I am running 2 live websites , i have sent the list back to the support ID. They are claiming I am running the code on 66 websites, which is not true. The list generated is not mine, and I have only 2 live websites. Yes, I do try the demos locally on staging websites with the appropriate staging domain names, to update my websites, so I hope this error is temporary and will be resolved at the earliest. My licenses are very old, going back to 2013 I believe and I absolutely love the evolution of avada over time.
