If the ID is appearing, please try disabling all third-party plugins and clearing both server and browser cache. If the username is displayed instead of the full name, make sure the students entered their first and last name during registration or updated it in their profile settings.

Hi, When setting up courses and levels, I can successfully create and assign levels like Starter, Beginner, or Intermediate to courses without any issues. However, when selecting “Pre-Intermediate” level to assign it to a course, it refuses to save and displays the message: “The Level is not a valid option.”

I’m currently using the MasterStudy theme for my eLearning platform, and I’ve noticed some serious issues with the quiz module.
Specifically, the quiz interface seems broken — the layout looks misaligned, parts of the quiz overlap, and the submission/score section doesn’t render properly (as seen in the attached screenshot). It also doesn’t display results neatly, and in some cases, students report the quiz freezing or not saving progress.
I’ve checked my setup (updated theme, latest LMS plugin, cleared cache, tried multiple browsers), but the issue persists. Could you please help me identify what might be wrong or provide a patch/update to fix this?

⚠️ Be careful before upgrading! I purchased the Regular License ($59) for MasterStudy LMS through ThemeForest, which clearly included future updates and 6 months of support.
Around July, the developers offered a 3-month free trial of the Pro version. After the trial ended, they blocked access to the plugin unless users subscribe to a $99/year plan, even for those who already purchased the regular version.
I don’t need the Pro features — I only want to use the version I originally paid for. This approach feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, forcing customers into subscriptions they never agreed to.
I’m sharing this so the community is aware and can make an informed decision before buying.

Hi team! I’m here because I need your help… I bought this theme a while back and used it as a test for a project I was working on that ultimately didn’t work out. Time passed, and since it wasn’t used, we terminated both the service with the hosting provider and the domain (which no longer belongs to us). The URL is www.mentoringespiritual.cl so you can verify that the site effectively no longer exists. I currently need to use the theme for a new project, but when I reinstall the theme, it asks me to deactivate it from the other website (which I no longer have access to and which no longer exists). Regarding the services, the idea is to offer a few standardized services within each area (there won’t be many), with fixed prices. These services would only be visible to clients, while the consultants would be the ones taking the courses.
For these services, the client would be able to choose the consultant who will provide the service. I believe this might be possible with a marketplace setup. Would this theme allow integration with a marketplace plugin?

For selling standardized services with fixed prices, where clients select a consultant, you can try using WooCommerce (included in the MasterStudy theme package) to sell services as products instead of physical items. This would handle payments and visibility settings nicely. However, consultants wouldn’t be able to create their own service listings independently in this setup.
As an alternative, you could create a feedback form using Contact Form 7 (also included in the theme package), where consultants submit their service details, and then you manually add them to the site as WooCommerce products like items. Would this approach work for you?

The idea is that consultants cannot create their own service listings. These service listings would be created by the admin, and the client who purchases a service can choose the consultant they want based on the consultant’s performance or rating (this information comes from the courses the consultant has completed).
WooCommerce could work; however, the main concerns are:
Handling service listing commissions for the platform.
Managing communication between the client and the consultant.
Would Dokan be compatible with this theme?

We haven’t tested MasterStudy with Dokan, so we can’t guarantee compatibility. By default, MasterStudy is only compatible with WooCommerce for handling payments.
For your use case—where admins create service listings, clients choose consultants based on course performance/ratings, and you need to manage platform commissions and client-consultant communication—WooCommerce can work with some customization. For commissions, you can use a WooCommerce extension or an extra plugins for this purpose. For communication, MasterStudy’s built-in messaging system (via the LMS) can handle client-consultant interactions, or you could integrate a plugin like WP Private Message.

When I go to MasterStudy → Courses → Add New, the system redirects me to the /user-account/ login page of the theme. However, after entering my credentials, nothing happen. I left a 5-star review. Another question… The course pages that contain long content don’t display a scroll bar, so users can’t scroll down to view the full content. Could you please let me know how to activate or enable the scroll bar on long course pages?

So, right I checked the course as “one-time purchase” and left the price at 0 and I was now able to access the course. So for none “one-time purchase” setup it doesn’t work.

As I mentioned earlier, MasterStudy LMS requires every course to have a price, even for free courses—this is how the system is designed. If the course isn’t set as a one-time purchase, the “Get Course” button will not function for purchase/enrollment.
