As for payments, our Paywall currently supports PayPal and Stripe only. Other payment methods are not yet supported.

We provide two Page Builders for you to choose from when importing a demo: WPBakery and Elementor. You can select either one as your preferred builder.
Speaking from experience, I personally recommend using Elementor. For example, if you decide to use Elementor, your entire site will be built with Elementor, including all imported demo pages.

I found the temporary solution and choking point of the problem. We can see in the Classic Mode code editor: it was not printing out the element like ” hero_type=”4” or ” block_type=”18”.

Also, I have checked my sites cached is fully off and cleared.
The only temporary solution was to add any normal Jnews module and then Archive Hero & Archive Blocks are working.
But what if this temporary solution doesn’t work after some time, all the effort i made past 2 months will gone in seconds. Actually this is not problems for a single Author (they can use normal jnews modules), But for multiple author site a Archive Block should be there or articles will mix up.
I don’t know what all big things are you planning? You all are just going jumping fast from Jnews 9, 10, 11, to 12 series…...But Why are you all not fixing the Past bugs or doing a complete test when releasing new versions?

If you want to use the Subtitle as the Excerpt, you can copy the text from the Subtitle field into the Excerpt field.
For SEO, it’s not mandatory to use plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math, but if you wish to use them, you can still do so alongside our theme.

You can duplicate the content of the Subtitle and Excerpt fields — there are no restrictions regarding that, and generally, it should be perfectly fine. We recommend using an SEO Analyzer tool to evaluate your website’s actual SEO performance in search engines.

We provide schema based on the features currently available in the JNews theme. For example, we have a Review feature using the “JNews – Review” plugin, and the schema data for reviews is generated from there.
Another example is our food recipe feature from the “JNews – Food Recipe” plugin, which also includes a Recipe schema provided within it.

We’re unable to provide a complete list of all available schemas since there are many types, and we only include those relevant to our existing features. For now, you may achieve this by using additional plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.

The section you’re referring to is called Sidefeed. You can navigate to Customizer → Layout, Color & Scheme → Sidefeed Setting, then disable the Sidefeed Setting option to remove the sidebar or that section. For more detailed information, please refer to the JNews documentation at the link below:

I encountered the “empty demo/plugin page” issue from this thread: https://support.jegtheme.com/forums/topic/install-demo-style-plugin-and-customize-style-content-are-empty-in-the-jnews-dashboard/#post-140166I was able to fix this myself. I googled for this:
nginx add_header referrer
Google AI told me to add this line to my NGINX config file:
add_header Referrer-Policy "strict-origin-when-cross-origin";
I added it to multiple server{} and location{} blocks because I wasn’t sure where to put it. 
I restarted NGINX and it worked!
My site is hosted on CloudPanel on a Hostinger VPS. I made the change in the Vhost editor.

Hello, The website license has expired, but I have an issue that is not related to my actions — it’s a bug in the theme. The website is multilingual using WPML. One of the modules on the homepage has its content filter set to “Popular post (7 days – view counter).” It works with the JNews View Counter plugin. This module cannot distinguish categories for different languages and, on a page in one language, it shows posts in both languages at the same time.

Thank you for your response. The actions you mentioned are already done on my side, but Turkish articles are still appearing on the Armenian language version. Those articles do not have an Armenian translation; they exist only in Turkish, yet they still appear on the Armenian page.

Very Important Problem Jnews, I have to Two Authors Alice and Bob, and I have have made Custom Author Template Page. But When I visit Alice’s author page I also see (Alice + Bob’s posts together) (kind of mixed both of them). The page contains both the posts by Alice and Bob. I tried almost 5 days but couldn’t figure it out? Also there is no option that in All the Jnews-modules where I can choose author page = current author?
If i visit Alice’s author page then only Alice posts should appear and if i visit Bob’s author page the only Bob’s post should appear.
Next, there is the same problem with Category also, I created custom category design template, but it shows many posts from different category. Same Problem type if we create template of our design, this is very serious issue, How can we as a content creators show our design to the world? Very Sad Jnews Team.

IS there any plugins that supports live blogging for Jnews
I mean, people usually append content to existing article and that article shows “Live updates” on that content.
Sometimes to cover live news, they create content and they update every few mins.

In general, you can achieve this by assigning a specific category or tag to a post. For example, if you create a post for “live,” you can assign it under a category or tag named “live.” After that, you can display it using any widget you prefer, such as the “JNews – News Ticker” widget, where you can filter the content to show only posts under the “ive” category or tag.

Hello team, We flagged this earlier also, but no action taken. please when you release update 1. do not push scheme.css in data-import->science-scheme.css . similar for all imports, because we already have imported
2. Also single.css file
3. Since many websites are not using all your modules. So there will be a way to enable and disable the files, many css files in header and footer are loading like sliders, news tickers, dark mode (even not using it). So there is no logic of loading these files in code.

When updating a WordPress theme, the entire theme folder is replaced with the updated version. Therefore, even if a file is removed, it will still be overwritten based on the original folder and file structure of the updated theme.
If you have made modifications to the theme files, we recommend using a Child Theme. For custom CSS, you can use the Custom CSS feature in the Customizer to override the default theme styles. Please ensure your custom CSS has a higher hierarchy so it can properly override the theme’s default styling.
